I had to call several times from the moment they opened just to get an express print order done on time. I was informed the printer was offline and they will call back in an hour. I thought this was fine considering the fact that they only opened just a moment ago, it takes time to load everything up for the day. No call in an hour, I call them. On hold after calling three times, finally was answered by a gentleman named Cory, the same one who answered in the morning. He explained he didnt know what job I was referring to and that they couldnt find it in their system. Great communication. I gave him the name one last time, and was put on hold once again. I then get on the phone with Cassey, a woman that seems to hate everyone which is great for someone working this type of position. She explained to me she has been backed up since last nights jobs and has to do them in order. I then asked if I could send it over to another location to get it done faster. She says no unfortunately she has already done this with many other jobs from this location, therefore she knows that they are also backed up. I called the store in Maplewood NJ, and they said they would be able to get it done before noon for me. This was very important considering the event I will be attending needs these promotions to increase our sales. Needless to say, life lesson Cassey and Cory, communication is key. If you had only listened or asked where the event was or understood the severity of the job, it would have been easy enough for you to contact the location rather than the customer needing to do your job as far as research. You have lost an almost $200 print job, and I will not be coming to this location again. Also just got off the phone with the Maplewood location to confirm if they have sent over the job and so far nothing. Thank you Cassey, youre the best.

In Staple store, RT 23,Wayne,NJ, for a hour and a half to have 11 bulletin board pieces laminated!! Cost me over $ 50.00 !!!! I called the store to see if the laminting machine was hot, they told me it takes 20 minutes to warm up. I asked them to turn it on and I will be there in 20 minutes, they took my name and said ok. Got there at 11:30 am.A young lady waited on me ,Hi are you here for the laminting machine, I say yes , I called. I was the only one there. They didnt turn the laminting machine on !!!! So she had to and told me 20 minutes to warm up please browse the store . I came back to the counter at 12:15 and she was busy with another customer, she only did one piece . At 12:30 after taking care of the other customer she said to me , oh are you waiting for the lamintined pieces , I said yes, she asked if I could pick them up tomorrow (Monday). I told her no I need them now! So she put another piece in the machine and then started waiting on another person forgot me again. After she realized my husband was getting frustrated she finally got all my pieces done we got out of the store at 1:00 pm .Really what a wast of time and Money. She wasted a lot of laminting sheet on each piece instant of putting 2 pieces on a 5x 3 sheet!!! I will look for a teacher store next time !!! It will be cheaper and time saver. This customer is not happy!!! Bad Service and way to expensive for what I had to pay for!! And this isnt the first time it happened. Last time I left my items there when I came to pick it up I was missing pieces. Thery gave it to another teacher. Shame on me ! I should have learned the first time to go to a teachers store. This wont happen to me again! Ive learned my lesson!

Do NOT go there for printing services!!!!! I sent 9 pages of seating cards over the internet and put it in to be picked up in two days at 9am. I got there at 9:30 and there was a gentleman waiting to be helped but after waiting for too long he just got very upset and left. Well, next was me... after waiting for 15 minutes ( there was no costumers in the store the whole time and enployees was just hanging around ) someone came and looked for my stuff for 15 minutes!!!!!! They could not find...: my party ( thats why I needed the cards!!!) was at noon and they were there just looking for it .... I kept saying that I had to leave and they just kept looking in the same places hundreds of time.... never ever said that they would print it to me at the spot.... it seem like none of them ever worked at the printing station so I guess they wouldnt know how to do it. I stormed out of that store.... horrible horrible horrible service !!!! Couldnt be any worse ..: dont ever rely on them if it is something important .... I waited over 40 minutes , leftempty handed ..: if I requested service online is bc I didnt want and couldnt wait to be printed... they had my phone number with my order which WAS in the system but didnt bother to call me ... IF it was a problem they were having ... never ever going back there ...

I ordered two simple print pieces from this store four days in advance of my event, only to be told that it would not be ready in time. No phone call to let me know. I had to call to check job status or I would never have known. I will never use this Staples again. Terrible customer service. Now I must try to get this done elsewhere in time. Very disappointing.

Hey I somehow did not get my bill books as I paid for them, they called me up and saved them at the front register for me to pick them up, 4 days later the following week - Monday.... That Shannon in the copy center... she is good!!!!

I run out of tape, and asked if I can borrow their tape at shipping center. I was told that Staples shipping center will charge for the tape....such poor customer service....Forget about it... I will never buy anything from Staples.

Went in to get a 16 page presentation bound- they told me I couldnt get it done today. Unbelievable it takes 5 minutes max to get that done. Incompetent idiots
