I went in to this place recently to purchase a cell phone and was very turned off when dealing with the manager, Candice. I had done quite a bit of research leading up to my purchase and knew exactly what I wanted. But when I went in here I was mislead and lied to as Candice tried to talk me out of my intended purchase and tried to sell me something completely different. I suspect she must have received a bigger commission for the phone she was selling me because everything she told me was at odds with what I had read leading up to going into this store. I left angry as I was suspected that I was being mislead. Later on I went to a store in Middletown to try again and the store clerk there was very helpful and upfront (it was at Best Buy where they dont make commission). That clerk actually confirmed everything I read about the cell phone and was at direct odds with what Candice told me. So I did eventually buy the phone I intended on purchasing, the one Candice tried to talk me out of, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I will also never go back to this Radio Shack ever again. Pushy and misleading salesmen will not make a commission off of me.

horrible experience Google maps took me to Radio Shack in Warwick New York wasting my gas my miles in the rain for nothing extremely disappointed not happy you guys should pay for my gas cant trust Google maps anymore update your information before you an innocent personsuch as myself in this horrible weather somewhere that doesnt exist

Horrible, lax, ineffiecient, DO NOT purchase cell phone from Radio Shack. Left new cell to have old info transferred and on three separate occasions the phone was left untouched. No follow through! Phone info lost and deleted by manager! Could not ever recommend buying from there.

I bought a drone and when I went home to charge it the drone wouldnt charge I am now going back to try and exchange it for a new one from reading the comments that I saw on this store I highly doubt I will be able to get a new one.

This is a "Cell Phone Store" with the RadioShack name. If youre looking for hobby electronics and all the other merchandise usually found in a RadioShack you will be very disappointed by this location.
