Run by a bunch of clowns! I had a photo scanning here today. I thought they are professionals will do a better scanning compared me doing it at home. They put it on a CD and the quality of the image is pathetic! My 8 year old can do a better scan at home. It was not cropped, the whole scan bed could be seen. There were tons of scratches, was pixelated and dust. I spoke to the store manager and he transferred me to the copy/print manager. She has no regards for customer cries whatsoever. All she said was, thats how we do it, take it or leave it BUT NO refunds! Had to deal with these morons today. I paid close to $10 for that :-(

The store itself is fine. I have never had any problems and the UPS assistance is terrific. But, the automated phone system makes me want to scream. You must listen to information regarding online shopping and in store p/u, then listen to a list of options then more options after that selection, wait on hold with music to finally be able to ask something like "does the UPS shipping service follow the store hours"? (in case youre wondering the answer is "yes"). I wanted to give less stars but do not want to punish the store because of the automated phone system.

I needed a book printed and bound ASAP, submitted it late one night and didnt expect to have it until late the next afternoon. They had it finished by 11 a.m. the next morning! Incredibly friendly on the phone and in person when I picked the book up. Had a really wonderful experience with them and I truly appreciate their efficient work and outstanding customer service.

The customer service was very good. the girl at the printing station was very nice and accommodating. The printers were not working. She took my USB inside and printed the document I needed. Glad that they have upgraded their printers. just hope that they upgrade the other computers as well and the printers work.

The service, for something that should have been more time-consuming and complicated, was remarkably quick and efficient. Really, this level of customer service is above and beyond, and not easy to achieve. I was in and out in 2 minutes and as a fellow business owner, quite impressed. Will return again, for sure.

Staples in general seems to be on the way out. Ridiculously long wait times on hold. Mindless overbearing babble hold messages, I spent 10 minutes and gave up. And it isnt just one store. Tried calling NJ and NY stores. And why do I have to "press one for English?" Adios Stapleos!! .

The print center got me what I needed after a nearby staples struggled. The print kiosk had an issue, but worked for most of my documents. Above average.
