i decided to buy my stove from pc richards after a problem with another local appliance store when I had bought a washing machine 6 months ago. one cant beat their pricing. Wally is verrry knowledgeable. pcrichards even has their own in house repair staff for large appliances so the simple repairs wont require the customer to call the manufacture. my washer had been bought elsewhere due to a raging snow storm and pc richards had had a delayed opening that day. unfortunately the other store (whom i had dealt with for many years told me i had to call the manufacture for a minor defective power chord! i found out later pc richards would have sent out their crew. their delivery staff (Milan and his helper) were both knowledgeable and careful they even swept up the floor when done! ( that is like the service of 50 years ago! real old school delivery service!) they may be a big chain but the Watchung store treats you as if they were a single family owned store with personalized service.

APPLIANCE REPAIR - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! Do not even consider using PC Richards appliance repair service. For a simple dishwasher repair (just out of warrantee, but parts were covered after i made them check with MFG) it has now been a MONTH AND IS NOT YET FIXED - they schedule a visit a week out, then need to order part... and other few days... they will not even schedule a return visit until parts come in then you wait another week... Ok, so it gets fixed... We ran it for ONE LOAD... SAME PROBLEM... start process over - IT GETS WORSE - now they come with WRONG PART, again order part/reschedule... NOW TECH IS SICK, reschedule some more... Attitude from all involved they could not care less. DONT BUY THERE and certainly DONT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!

PC Richard and Son is the first and last place on my list to shop. The staff is excellent, the prices fair, and the service is outstanding. Every time I shop here, I feel like I am among family members. Lorenzo Emerson is the absolute best person to deal with. I have followed him to a couple of different locations just to do business with him. He is one of the sole reasons I shop at PC Richard, and will continue to do so as long as he is employed there. I have nothing but good experiences, and tell all my friends and family the same. They all now go to see Lorenzo for all their purchases. The store manager Gary is also incredibly helpful and extremely friendly when we visit the store.

I have been to many big box stores and have to say that PC richards always wins. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND THE LONGEST. Honesty, integrity, great customer service, selection, you name it. With so many product options on the market today, you really need a experienced staff to give you the correct info for what you should buy for your needs. Gary McClure, You and your sales staff always help me with any questions or concerns, weather it be technical info or product need. This is why i keep coming back to the Watchung Square Mall store. Thank You Again for making all my home appliance and electronic needs a easy purchase process.

FRANK the sales rep was very very helpful and also very knowledgeable . he give me the best deal possible . always smiling , courteous and friendly .He has the ability to handle two customer at a time making sure both customers are happy and satisfied . He knows his products very well and how to sell them . I have been going to this store since 7 years and whenever I go there I always ask for him only .Mike the store manager is the best . He always approves franks pricing adjustment . They are a team . I feel if P C Richard has a team like this in every state they will be the # 1 appliance store .

another satisfying experience at pc richards. the washer/dryer combo that i needed urgently was both available on the showroom floor for me to get the necessary measurements and to "kick the tires" (unlike the home improvement stores that i visited) as well as in stock for delivery/installation three days later. the transaction was painless and after initially refusing any warranty whatsoever, i got great deal on a 5-yr warranty that makes me feel better about such a big $ purchase. the delivery and installation went smoothly and the new unit is operating superbly in our home.

I just went back for a new appliance today and like my visit 3 years ago I....TOP KNOTCH... ALL THE WAY... in and out no hassle and ddelivered the same day..WOW !!!! unlike stores in the area the guys at this location know their stuff, Time is a big consideration when making a large purchase and I never felt rushed at all by my salesperson. I met the manager Gary here after I made my purchase, he took the time to thank me for my purchase and even offered to help us at any time if we got home and did not know how to hook up our new TV ++++ A Class all the way

We purchased a Texas Instruments calculator for my son from PC Richards in Watchung, NJ. It has been about 25 years since I used one of these advance calculators and had several questions on its functionality and how it would help him in school. We worked with Sharon. She provided excellent customer service, answered all of our questions and helped us decide which model would best suit my sons math needs for his classroom. We are in the market for a few other electronic purchases and will certainly be back to this store!

I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop from the P.C. Richard & Son in Watchung, NJ and it was the easiest money transaction I have ever had at an electronic store. The customer service was great and a very kind and helpful employee named Frank was incredibly, well helpful. He showed me the fastest and the most powerful laptops that fit my budget. I made the right choice coming here. I recommend anyone to come to this store in Watchung and experience the same thing I did and if you can, ask Frank for advice, he know his stuff.

Was here the other day. Had a worker named Shonn who helped me out. And I would like to let you guys know about the type of worker you are currently employing. Hes persistent, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products there. Although I did not purchase anything at the time. He did help me pick out which tv I want for my apartment and which screen looked best for the best price. Once again hes a very great employee and I am going to recommend him to my family friends and anyone else who asks about your store.

Mike assisted me and I was able to understand exactly what I needed. I was not pressured into buying anything, but because of Mike and the way I felt working with him I did.
