My name is Theresa, this is our business email. I just want to say, Jack went over and above to make my ring perfect and beautiful. I had a marques, with 2 trillions on the sides, the marques was way to small for the size of the marques. He found me a beautiful bigger marques diamond, a new setting and used my trillions. I was hesitate in the beginning, look on the internet with him for a setting, they looked huge. I wanted something that stood out, but not big and bulky. With my few words of what I would like, he showed me one, I couldnt tell, I just trusted him. I then hesitated again, why didnt I go in and see the setting, again I just had to trust. When I came to look at it, it was so more than I expected, my mouth dropped open, it is the most beautiful ring that I have ever had. I know why he loves his job, he has a great eye and please his customers. Not only that, believe it or not, he gave me such a good price. The next thing Im work on with him is diamond earrings.
