I walked into this Kays store with my boyfriend to look at Engagement Rings. We were very motivated to buy! We were being helped by Carrie and all started well, however once we stated our wants she made us feel we didnt know what we were talking about and wasnt listening to what exactly what we wanted. She had an attitude and I started feeling very uncomfortable. Isnt this suppose to be a pleasant experience ? No matter our price range or size of the stone , every customer should feel equally qualified. Our budget was up to 10k and I dont think that is that bad , however she made us feel it wasnt good enough. How awful ! Oh and she also insisted instead of a diamond we should temporary use a moissanite stone ( wasnt sure what that was until she explained it and it is a lab created "stone" that resembles a diamond) I am not sure who trained her or why she is pushing that, it was all unreal to me. We left and bought our Engagement ring (the same day) at another location.

I will not be going back to this store. The associate working was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I went in for my 6 month ring inspection. Mind you, this was the first time I had it inspected so I wasnt sure what all they had to do. The woman working acted like I should have known what to do and just stared at me so I handed her my ring. When she handed it back, I asked if she cleaned it because it didnt look much cleaner than when I brought it in. She rudely and quickly said, "yeah" and that was it. I have worked in customer service, specifically retail for a very long time and I am not happy with this Kay Jewelers. I will be going to the South Hills Village location where we purchased the ring.

Used to be one of the best stores we shop at. However, their new acting store manager, Jacob, is extremely unprofessional and rude. I highly not recommend dealing with store so long a person like that in charge.
