Great sales and service. Would have given them 5 stars but they delivered my fridge and it had a dent that is quite noticeable. If it was on the opposite side It wouldnt have mattered. The delivery guy asked me if I saw it when it was on the display floor? 1. I didnt know I was getting the display model 2.If did know that ,I would have had them pulled it out so I could look it over(they have all their fridges up against on another}. It looks like one of the truckers strapped it way too tight and bent it. I would have sent it back but, our old fridge was on the fritz and I was off work and we needed to just get it done....But they did give us $100.00 bucks off for the dent. and I do plan on getting a good dehumidifier from them but I am going to make sure there is no problems with it before it leaves the store.

The Reading location sent out a tech to repair a Miele refrigerator and dishwasher. The tech should have been told there should be two techs to remove the panel of the fridge door. When he came, he left shortly thereafter to purchase additional items and to find another tech to assist him. He never came back and we were never contacted about the undone repairs.

I bought a wall oven. The salesman was helpful without being pushy. They were late delivering from the warehouse, so they threw in free installation. The installers were fantastic, professional, great guys who managed a difficult install with grace. The installers tipped me to 5 stars with their service. I highly recommend them.
