My boyfriend and I purchased a washer and dryer set as well as a king mattress. Everything was delivered the very next day. The dryer was delivered without the hose so my boyfriend and I went out and bought that. After washing two loads of clothes we discovered that the washer had a really bad smell. I ran the tub clean cycle with bleach but it didnt help much. We lifted the boot seal to see that it was mold/mildew. I researched removing the boot seal to clean it thoroughly and it required taking quite a bit of the machine apart. I knew we couldnt do that. My boyfriend called the office and a repair man came to look at the machine. He told me the machine smelled fine. He would not even entertain removing/replacing the boot seal even after I expressed my concern about expecting twins soon and being apprehensive about washing their clothes in a machine with visible mold/mildew. The twins were the ONLY reason for this purchase so this almost negated the purchase for me. The owner gave us a different machine and extended the warranty for us. This was useless because they actually dont know how to repair the machines. The warranty means nothing. Its been seven months since the swap and they washer leaks, it doesnt wash the clothes anymore, and the dryer takes a little over two hours to dry a load of onesies and bibs. I am now the single mom of twins after my boyfriends sudden death 2 months after they were born. I am now dragging two infants to and from the laundromat by myself while two completely useless appliances sit in my laundry room. Unless you are able to repair these appliances yourself, because they will need it, just spend the extra money for a better product.

I bought a fridge and it was delivered same day. A week later, it stopped working. The next day, they replaced the fridge. The replacement fridge never got cold. The owner said he would come pick up the fridge and give me a cash refund today between 11 am and 12 pm. My girlfriend stayed home from work to be available for this return, but no one came. I called with my number, but it went straight to voicemail, which was full. I called with my co-workers phone and they picked up and said no one was coming, no one had heard about it and they didnt give refunds, and the boss wouldnt be available until 4 pm. Anyway, I opened a credit card disput because the merchandise that was promised was not 2 broken refrigerators, food spoiling for a week, and being lied to by the boss. By the way, the boss is Rey, who is the one who wrote a positive Google review. This place is garbage. Dont waste your money.

The 5-star review is from the owner pretending to be a customer. They delivered us 2 broken refrigerators - the first one stopped working after 1.5 weeks completely - warm freezer and fridge. So they came and dropped off a replacement, which was also broken - warm freezer and fridge . All of our food went bad. At that point wed been without a working fridge for 6 days (and the one we had before that they took away worked). We didnt want to go through receiving another broken fridge. We found out the warranty is only good for replacements or store credit. If youre trying to get a fridge, its not a viable option to keep asking for replacements or repairs. They blocked our number as well, which has also happened to another reviewer. In addition we saw cockroaches inside the fridges at their store.

A great resource for budget conscious appliance shoppers and landlords needing new appliances for their properties. Rey and his staff were very friendly and helped me with a start relay to fix my fridge but if I had needed a new refrigerator, they had several that caught my eye. The selections apparently rotate, so be sure to ask. They know what they are talking about and have tons of parts in house. They have mattresses to. Im not in the market but did see a couple BobOpedic ones Ive seen on the TV commercials. So thats kinda cool. Thanks guys for all your help!

Needed a cheap refrigerator to hold us over until we moved. The sale was a breeze, but the ice maker in the machine didnt work. It took over a week of a tech coming back and forth to fix the fridge, calling repeatedly and them missing several appointments. A month later and the ice maker is not working again and I had 2 gallons of milk go bad in the fridge (everything else seems to be good). The voicemail is always full, and once they learn youre number they stop answering the phone.

The gentleman who runs the place is very personable and knew about his merchandise. Its all used/refurbished but still workable and hes honest when something isnt working and seems willing to work with you on price. Its good to see that theres still a place where one can haggle! Didnt purchase anything as I needed to confirm measurements, but will probably be making a purchase soon!
