Martin Appliance has been great to work with. Their staff is very professional, courteous and nice. They told us what they would do and when, and were true to their word. They provided the water treatment system that we ultimately bought on a 90 day free trial to start. Their pricing was not lowest, but they seemed to provide a very competent analysis and solution for our water problems. (This is our third system in 13 years). My husband and I are both educated in chemistry, and Kelly, the sales rep, answered our many questions well. So far the system has been working very well. It seems to have cured our persistent iron problem with no problems. In addition, Kelly was able to provide a eraser-type tool (not like Mr. Clean Magic Eraser -- we had tried that to no avail) to remove the iron staining inside our toilets. It was great -- nothing else that we had used did as well! I would highly recommend working with them if you need water treatment.

After a great water system purchase & installation 3 months ago we needed a washing machine asap....We knew Martins had a huge selection & gave them another look.Sales Assoc Eric D. gave us room to browse & answered several questions we had & explained several new changes in high efficiency washers.We ordered that morning & Eric met our demand for quick installation.3 days from order Paul & Rylan arrive & remove old machine & hook up new one..They were very polite & professional & explained several operations & also pointed out a dryer vent deficiency we had that should time come to replace dryer no matter where we buy we should have new vent installed before delivery ...They were prompt & cleaned up area before leaving...Thumbs up to a great team & excellent operation.We will be buying other appliances from Martins as needed....Our soft water system is awesome.....

We went to Martins on Monday morning and had a great experience with David Sensenig at the Brownstown location. He was very knowledgeable and informative and extremely helpful. We had an emergency situation since our stove stopped working on Sunday. He assured us we would have our brand-new stove within a few days. It was delivered Thursday morning shortly after 8 AM. I could not be happier! We received terrific customer service from the installers. They were very helpful,they had my oven installed and showed me how to work everything within a matter of minutes. I would certainly recommend Martin appliance to everyone! We had an overall wonderful experience!

I spoke with Bill at the New Providence store regarding a new oven and since I didnt visit the store, he sent Karl and Dallas to stop in and measure the wall unit. Bill found one unit in stock that matched my oven size! Yeah!! Karl and Dallas returned a few days later and installed the new one and removed the old 25 year old one! Work was excellent....no mess and everything shiny and bright! I was very impressed with Bills professional mannerism over the phone and Karl and Dallas were very friendly, competent and knowledgeable. In the future I will definitely call upon Martin Appliances for my appliance needs and services. Good job from start to finish!

I was shopping for a new stove and wanted to use a local family business instead of Lowes. Eric at Martins of Ephrata was polite, friendly and professional. I started out looking at a higher end stove and realized I didnt need a lot of bells and whistles. He was very accommodating and patient as I made my decision. He also called to make sure I didnt miss the rebate offer. As far as delivery and installation, Paul and Rylan were on schedule and efficient. They took time to answer my questions about the stove. I would definitely recommend Martins and was well pleased with their services from beginning to end.

Recently I had Paul and Ryan install a new dryer and while they were here, they went beyond the call of duty that day! We discovered my water heater in the basement was leaking. The basement was partially flooded and they stopped what they were doing and helped get that situation under control! I was very grateful for their help! I than got a new water heater from Martins and all the people whom I dealt with, with the installation of the water heater were very professional and helpful (I do not remember all their names)! I was very grateful for everyones expertise and help! I can recommend Martins appliance!

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Noah at Martin Appliance in Ephrata and couldnt be happier with my experience. When I spoke with Noah, he pointed me to the perfect washer and dryer in my price range. I wasnt even in the store for more than a half hour! When Paul and Ryan delivered and installed my washer and dryer, they were right on time. They took my old washer and dryer and replaced them within 45 minutes. Not only were they quick, but very professional and personable. Dont go anywhere else but Martin Appliance. This was the best experience Ive ever had!

Paul and Rylan just delivered our new washer and dryer. After calling first they showed up ontime, made the delivery, did all the appropriate hook-ups, and took the old units. They were both very personable and made a good impression while doing their work efficiently without making any mess or disturbance. I stopped in at the Ephrata location and Clair was very helpful in showing me the different models and getting my order processed. I was pleased to find out that delivery and installation was included in the price. Paul and Rylan were very quick and professional when they delivered and installed my appliances. We ordered a new flat-top ceramic stainless steel stove and microwave. The salesperson Tim G. understood our needs and offered us the best deal for our situation. Delivery was as scheduled and Blake and Ryan did a great job of installation in a very reasonable amount of time.
