The store itself is great, lots of selection. I have bought more than one pair of shoes here, always on some sort of deal. After a recent trip, I had to have a pair of Nike FS shipped to the house because they were out of stock in the size I needed. Upon opening the jagged box, which was expected in shipping after only being wrapped in a plastic bag, there was no tissue paper in or surrounding the shoes. Unfortunately it looks like I received a shoe off display, that has already been worn. For the price, I was expecting to receive a brand new, nicely packed shoe; fresh out of the box. Oh well, customer service was helpful. I did not want to wait a week for another pair, so 20% off will have to do.
