Not bad prices. The shoes dont seem to last long for the original prices (I usually buy the $50-$60 shoes that are on sale for closer to $40-$45) but then again im on my feet for most of my day. Disappointed in the service I got on my last visit about a week ago. I was interested in a pair but needed a half a size bigger. A girl comes out of the back room for another customer with a box saying "we had them back there." I approach another associate and ask if they might have this pair in 12s in the back. She gives me the usual "everything on the shelf is all we have." I say "well I only ask because your coworker there just brought a pair from the back for a customer." She replies with "well we may have gotten it off the truck we just got this morning" and went back to "look" for it. Being in retail myself for the 6 years of my work life, I understand its a hassle to need to dig out merchandise a customer has requested, especially on truck day. But thats the unfortunate part of being with a company based around customer satisfaction. Ive had great experiences in here in the past and will continue to shop in there for my footware. This location is deserving of a 5 star.. But I give a 3 instead of a 5 for the awful customer service of her lying in my face.

We always use this store for our family shoe needs rather it be dress shoes, kid shoes, or work boots. Weve spent alot of money her. On mothers day we went in to get another pair of work boots, and our twins boys shoes for their birthday, unfortunately they didnt have the work boots we needed, so we just decided to get our boys there shoes. As we didnt want them to see us make a purchase, their dad took them out of the store, I was waiting for them to get out of sight before I approached the counter, an I noticed an employee tell another employee to "watch her, shes going to steal". That immediately upset me, to be labeled a thief bc I didnt run up to the counter. I approached the counter with my purchase and expressed my feelings, just to get a dirty look and a sarcastic "sorry about your experience". If those werent the last two shoes in the sizes I needed I would of left them there. It was very upsetting especially on mothers day. Needless to say we will never shop at a shoe sensation again, we can plainly spend our money elsewhere.
