Horrible experience. No customer service. Rude sales person straightened row of shoes while I was trying to pull box from same row. I was there first. Did not ask if I needed help which I did as another pair I was interested in was too high for me to reach. I will not go back to this store ever. Reported to manager who was dismissive and said she was the best employee he ever worked with. If thats the best I dont want to experience any worse.

Horrible!! My bill was 32.08 I gave cashier 40.00 and said I have the change. As I was trying to hand it to her she said no I cant do that!! What?? When I called mgr he said that she was right and I was wrong!!! I didnt want .92 in change and I also didnt want these people bashing me shopping in their store, when I said I wanted a refund for the terrible experience they said they couldnt, so never shoe carnival again! They should be fired!
