Spent $40+ and was told to sign up for a rewards program to get $5 off on next purchase.. Did so that day and received confirmation and welcome to the rewards program. 5 days later went back to make another purchase but was told I HAD TO Have the Coupon for the $5 off... No mention made of that on anything.. And no way the manager was going to budge.. And neither was I... REILLY AUTO PARTS 1/4 of a mile away had what I needed at a lower price and friendlier service.. AND NOT an antiquitated system where you sign up on line and it takes a week to get an electronic reply... You can buy a whole array on line faster..

Been here Twice with two separate issues and both times have had their undivided attention and they gave me suggestions that were far less $$$$ then what the mechanic had said. I will always go here first before seeing an actual mechanic. I am thoroughly impressed.

Usually have what you need or looking for. The newer people arent very knowledgeable and it seems that they dont help install or fix your vehicle anymore. It is sad because that was the winning reason why I use them over AutoZone

My battery went bad a few days past warranty, they still honored it and replaced it for free. It was an optima red top so it was expensive. Glad they helped me out, great staff and very helpful. Definitely earned my business.
