Immediately after buying a car from here: The fuel pumped wasnt attached properly. This is after the vehicle underwent a "5 point inspection" only hours before hand. On a Monday. May 4th 2015 often driving the car for 12 days the transmission blew in the mini. I was responsible for my son being late to school that day. I spent a majority of that day on the side of I95. Again, after contacting them the service center asked me to provide my own means of getting the vehicle to them so they could take a look. They fixed it at no cost as the head mechanic was to receive tattoo work to pay for the labor. I thought I was getting a deal I was stoked. I was more then happy to open my business doors to them for fixing my car. My car remained on that lift for a month as I continues to maintain my financial agreement with the car and my car insurance. I was on time for my payments even though I wasnt able to drive it. The Day I got the car back 6/17/2015 it was perfect I was pretty stoked to have her back. I was driving to check the waves and I pulled up to a stop light. I heard a bolt drop on the ground and noticed a huge change when I tried to accelerate. I called them again and Again I had to pay out of pocket to have my car towed to their service center. Yup.they neglected to put the bottom engine mount back on. No big deal right. I missed a perfect swell but no big deal. I could have died driving it but no big deal. "We can fix it but now youre gonna really have to hook us up with tattoos" I thought at this point everything that could have gone wrong with my car was out of the way. I was confident that everything was all better. On August 31st 2015 while on the way to drop my son off for school my engine started making a loud clanking noise. Again I hold that responsibility of my son being late for school and again I am stuck on the side of 95. I called the service center and I was told the same thing. "Youll have to get it to us to be able for us to look at it" I got it to them and they diagnose it as a thrown rod. Thats it. The engine is gone and is no longer able to operate. . They have a one year warranty on the vehicles they sell. They quoted me 2500 on my part to fix the car and that would be half the cost of labor and parts under this one year warranty. I instantly had it towed to a German Automobile expert and his diagnosis was the same butt even without 50% off of parts and labor his quote was a few hundred dollars less. Ive been without a vehicle for 5 weeks today and I still have met all my financial responsibilities and made my payments on time. Ive called them every single day since August 31st and have been ignored all but two times. Once on 9/23-2015 when I talked to Tony the owner and once today under Brevard county sheriff supervision, because they declined or refused to make me a copy of the quote to repair the vehicle. I honestly feel like I am being held hostage for a $2500 ransom. I only want to better my credit and build a solid foundation for my family and I feel like they are chipping away at it faster then I can build it. I am missing time with my children and I have been forced to break promises to the less fortunate who rely on my help to live their lives. I am looking into legal council while I work though this because I feel like I am being treated very unfairly. If anyone could refer someone who would be willing to help me please do. I am so selfless in my day to day life and I do not expect anything in return. Please share this post for me ,my children and the hundreds of homeless lives I reach on a weekly basis. This is not only effecting me but its effecting my community.

Ive been dealing with this car lot for about 4 months. They seem nice enough. I have only just been browsing but one thing I must warn you guys about is the numbers game they run. My experiences with them arent anything like the negative reviews here HOWEVER I must say that I can see how easily the negative reviews could be true. They do try to push you into cars you dont want or have no desire for. Most of the positive reviews here look faked big time. Be leery of the other customers who are so happy to list the "Easy Affordable Options" they offer. That, to me, just reeks of "Im a Qablawi sales associate making false reports to get our ratings up..." -- This is the reason why They are 2 and a half stars for me... Id say about 60% of the cars Ive researched on their website have been recalled for some reason. Some were major issues, while most were minor issues like switches needing to be fixed but thats odd thing #1, number 2 ... The cars arent really that great. They have a bunch of very old cars there, its not worth going if youre looking for something nice, smooth and sleek because finding that is like finding a needle in the hay stack. Its there somewhere but either its too expensive for its age or surprisingly cheap until you realize it has nearly 200,000 miles on it. I have never seen a car lot with so many cars on it. I think their rental cars double as their for sale cars. I would believe that every single car on the lot was able to be rented. I dont think Ive seen any car with less than 100,000 miles. The car Im interested in trading is worth $7,000 TRADE IN VALUE and $10,000 Street value. They tried offering me $2000 for it. Also, be leery of their "1 Year Same as Cash" deal. You will be charge a $200 fee each month to do this, on top of your already outrageous payments. So, say you want a car that costs $5000. That breaks up into $416 a month. Thats bad enough if youre a struggling single parent. But with same as cash youll pay $616 a month. -- And if you try to finance, that $5000 price tag you see on the car goes up to $12,000. After giving it much more thought, I changed my review from a 3 star to a 2 star in the middle of writing this. Im not saying that I WOULDNT buy from them, Im only saying I can honestly believe every bad thing written about them over every good thing. So I cant say I hate them, I just dislike their practices. Ive seen better quality merchandise at a thrift story. Sorry guys... -- On a plus side, the owner is a really nice guy. Ive spoken to him a few times and they are willing to work with you.

My husband and I went to Qablawi to purchase a cash car. The finance manager was rude and unprofessional. First of all they would not negotiate the price of the car at all. They were asking for sticker price and stuck to that. Finally, we were agreeing to pay sticker price, but because of the condition of the tires we asked if they would replace the tires on the car. We were told by Steve our sales person that they would split the cost of the tires with us: they would buy two and we would buy two. When the finance manager came outside he was so rude and unprofessional. He basically said that they would not negotiate the price of the car or help us in any way with the tires. We were asking Qablawi to split the cost of replacing the tires on the car that we were about to purchase because they were unsafe to drive off the lot with our family inside. They refused to work with us and over $200 dollars loss the all cash sale from us. They were ok with us driving off the lot with a vehicle with unusable tires that were cracked and split lengthwise down the center! We had our 1 and 3 year old girls with us. Finance manager said he didnt care how many cars they sold, and didnt care about the customer service for their customers. He said he still gets paid no matter if he sells many cars or few. He was very rude to my husband and I and I would never give my money to people that were not compassionate and so unprofessional. The finance manager basically said that we can give him the money for the car or just leave. He gave us a quote for four new tires with his "discount" rate and said it would be $400 - $500 dollars...thats not a quote and not a discount. Stay AWAY!!!!
