Went with my sister to get her a car,we got there at 10:00 but nobody was around,we came back at 11:00 and the mechanic was there but he didnt have keys for a test drive. He called the owner and the owner wanted to know if we wanted the car,if we had cash and would we wait an hour for him to get there?!?! What the hell?! We dont know if we are going to buy it until we can test drive it and we arent going to wait an hour for him to get there!!! The website says they open at 10,the sign on the office at the lot says 11 but he wasnt there anyway! My friend stopped at 3 on a Wednesday and only the mechanic was there and when he called the owner he wanted to know if she was going to buy the car and if she had cash otherwise he wasnt coming in for nothing!!! Heres a suggestion.....stay at your business so customers can test drive and no one is going to wait on you to show up,there are 10 other used car lots in Ephrata whos owners arent too lazy to work!!! Dont waste your time going here because it doesnt matter what time you go there the owner wont be on the lot!!!

To the owner .i had went there with a friend of mine who was buying a car for the first time .we looked at a couple cars and i had asked the guy if we could test drive it he had kept talking and talking asking if we have cash are we gonna out money down are we gonna buy the car were gonna test drive i had told him im not sure all depends on th3 test drive .and he still kept asking about money.i told him forget it and we left as i felt he didnt want us there .so maybe check everyone that works for u cuz the way ur employees act make u lose money

Shady dealers. Wont let you test drive. Wont let you have anything looked over before you buy. Wont give you any info on the vehicles. Way over priced and wont negotiate. If youre going to jump in and buy a vehicle here without doing any of the previously mentioned things, you may as well do what they do and go to an auction. Or craigslist.
