2 weeks after buying a car, started to hear a knocking noise. Took it back they said it was because if the cold. Pourd some solution to quiet the noise. 5 weeks later, 2 weeks after the 30 day warrenty, noise came back, took it to my machanic and was told its the rod and need a new motor. Told J & R. And they said sorry its past ur warrenty. Very poor cutomer service, try to cover up any major problems cuz they dont want to spend the,money to fix problems correctly.

Could not believe all the trouble we went through after buying a car from here! My boyfriend got his car and had issues right from the start. We took it back to them and got some lame excuse about it being from wether. They ended up having the car more time in a month than we did! We took it for another opinion and found out it needs a new motor and what a shock its now outta warranty and we need to pay for it! HA HA! This place is a joke.
