This review says 4 stars....I wish we could have done 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 because it really was that. My wife and I walked into Rocky Ridge Auto Sales on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and the team there was more than accommodating. Thats a big deal because it was the end of the day at the end of the week and it came across very clearly that we were the priority over closing time and we were given everything we needed, so much so that we stayed 2 hours after closing. Its hard to find that kind of service these days. The vehicle itself was immaculate. Its clear that the company takes a great pride in representing themselves and their vehicles in an utmost fashion and they did so with us. They answered every question, they helped us through understanding the vehicle, and in the end, we walked back in Monday and finalized the deal. We cannot give Rocky Ridge and Jeremy more credit for the outstanding service and professionalism we received. The reason why this wasnt a 5 star review was that there was absolutely no negotiation on either the vehicle nor the trade-in. I disagree with any no-haggle policy, and was a bit frustrated from that perspective. In honesty, we had left a deal on the table another no-haggle dealership just the week before because of that very issue, and we were going to do the same here. But in the end, we were drawn back to Jeremy and Rocky Ridge because of the honesty, integrity, and professionalism they showed during our time there and we felt comfortable in making the deal. 5-star recommendation for anyone thinking about using Rocky Ridge for their vehicle needs.

Wanted to give a shout out to Rocky Ridge Auto Sales. I bought a "used as is" car from them about two weeks ago. I went to go start my car on Monday and it wouldnt start. After taking it to my mechanic I was told that the motor was shot and it would be rather expensive to fix. Rocky Ridge went to the shop and picked the car up for me and double checked to see if the motor was really bye bye. After talking to them on the phone for a few days they decided to buy me a new motor even though I did buy the car "as is" and they also chipped in with the repair costs. When I went to pick up the check yesterday, the sales rep that was helping me personally handed me $100 cash for my inconvenience, out of his own pocket. This is a business that will take care of you and go the extra mile. They are people of great character and I will be buying my cars from them till the day I die.

5 stars out of 5 stars In January of 2015, my wife and I purchased a 2007 Saturn Outlook – and an extended GWC Warranty – from Rocky Ridge Auto Sales. •We were very pleased with their sales approach and their assistance on our behalf to obtaining financing. •Well after our warranty had expired, we had some mechanical troubles with our vehicle. Although Rocky Ridge was not obligated to assist us, they made fair and reasonable accommodations to assist us with our vehicle trouble. We believe that their empathic understanding of our situation, and reasonable accommodations, is in keeping with the best practices of better businesses. For this reason – and if this company continues to uphold these types of accommodations on behalf of its future customers – we are happy to rate our experience as just a fraction short of 5 stars out of 5 stars. I just bought a work van from them and I couldnt be happier with their service. They were up front, professional, and trustworthy. The original van I called about had already sold but they asked about what exactly I was looking for and found one within 3 days; I bought it the following weekend. They have a no haggle policy which I really like since that is always the worst part, for me anyways, about buying a vehicle. Their price was very competitive so I didnt really feel like I had to fight to get a decent deal. They have a local credit union that they worked with that was able to finance the purchase with very little fuss; I was in and out in 2 hours total, including the test drive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car without all the back and forth negotiation that can be so time consuming and aggravating.

We were looking for a car to purchase and we found this place on the Internet with the car that we were looking for. The first thing that I have to say is that the price we paid for our car was an awesome price compared to the rest of the places that we were looking. Now comes the problems. We knew that was the type of car that we wanted to get. So I called the place up and told them that, unless there was something significantly wrong with the car that was the one we would get (we test drive at multiple places, so we didnt need to test-drive) we get there and I have to say that they were sort of prepared. We didnt want to spend a lot of time there. We ended up spending about 3 hours there to sign. The salesperson was nice to us and we would go there again. The offices were dated and just needed a face-lift.

I broke down twenty miles away. And these guys towed me in and serviced my car without a wait. They showed me a coolent hose connector that popped loose. Simple fix and had me back on the road in far less time and money then gmc quoted me. Gmc was three to four hours and would of been a 225 dollar tow + 109 diagnosis fee + parts and 100 dollars and hour labor charges. Rocky ridge charged 125 dollar tow and 5 dollar part 25 coolant and 25 labor charge. Putting the cost aside, gmc made me feel fearful of potential problem and as if I was a number to be dealt with. Rocky ridge made me feel comfortable and as if they were waiting for me to arrive. I prefer to be worked with, not worked on. 100% Im going here first! Great job!

We purchased a one owner 2010 Ford Fusion in 2012 and we still have it and it is just as good today as it was the day we drove it off the lot. We couldnt be happier with the choice to buy at Rocky Ridge! We always look here first when we look to buy a new vehicle because we already know that there is nobody more honest. They always have great deals on good quality cars but the only sad part is their inventory is sometimes hit or miss for that car that you really want. A lot of times weve had to check back frequently or put in a standing call for them to get in touch with us as soon as they have what were looking for!

Rocky Ridge changes how you think about a car buying experience. The asking price for our vehicle was fair right from the beginning (consistent with Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, CarGurus, etc.), which means no real negotiation. You can tell that the philosophy of the dealership is to sell cars that they believe in, and to treat people fairly and honestly. (Jeremy, the representative with whom we worked, actually pointed out scratches on the vehicle so we could be aware of them. When does that type of thing happen at a used car dealership?) We hope to do business with Rocky Ridge in the future.
