Joe was my salesman and he was very nice. Purchased an 05 Cadillac. Within the first two weeks the car started missing, leaking oil and leaking coolant. Joe was very nice and the car was taken to their mechanic (directly behind the dealer) The coils and water pump were replaced. The oil leak was blown off as no big deal. I took their word for it. I then was out of the country for 4 months. Only 7 thousand miles (but yes 11 months) later I have been given a whopping repair bill of $4503.00. This after 719.00 for an alternator. (who knows how much the coils and water pump that had to be replaced were) I need a front engine cover reseal 1649.00 transmission cooler lines 619.46 (still leaking coolant), Power steering pressure line 398.65 and a power steering rack 1015.66. The leak in the car is oil, coolant and power steering fluid. It has ruined the driveway and has cost me another amount to continually put oil into this car from the beginning. I have also had the car to another mechanic previously who stated that the struts are going bad. Norm whom is the president of the company according to his response within my Better Business Bureau complaint, in the beginning when I asked for the car to be fixed two weeks after purchase was very very rude. I told him I was sold a lemon and he shouted at me. When I called him last week he just suggested I get another mechanic because the price was too high and had never heard of prices being that high etc. etc. My car went to Kelly Cadillac to certified mechanics who know what they are doing. He acted like they didnt. Meanwhile I called the attorney general. Im screwed because my car is older than a 2011 and yes I signed an as is contract. The problem is that I tried to address this problem within the 3 month warranty and within the 30 day return policy. So basically I have 3/4 or more of the value of this car in repairs Auto Traders is sneaky and shady and clearly knows how to get around the used lemon laws. I was even warned by the dealer right beside them but didnt believe it because I thought they were just trying to get my business. Litigation is being considered if I have ANY rights at all.

I bought two cars from here. One was a 2004 Pontiac GTO, and the other a 1998 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28. First was the GTO and the experience was good through the whole transaction. Car ran beautifully and shifted well. The price was slightly high, but they claimed it was inspected by the on site mechanic and it was all good to go. They had a clean accident history so the deal was set. Second was the Camaro. Same deal ran nicely, high priced but again claimed clean accident history and deal was done. All sounds well but this is when the storm worsens. as the list below will detail, 1. I drove the GTO off the lot and not 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Took it back they said "oh yeah we will fix it" They had it for 2 days, I got it back and the same deal. I asked what was going on and they told me they didnt know what to do....Ok its a used car fine I took to my shops and discovered the following. 1. It was in an accident and the BCM or Body control module thought the car was damaged. The structural damage was obvious under neath the car. SO IN NO WAY DID THE ON SITE MECHANICS NOT NOTICE THIS. 2. The GTO key was broken from the begining and they said we can look into another key with no response. So long story short the GTO was wrecked, had a bad key which prevented me from driving the car once the FOB died and it wouldnt start and they would not honor anything they said they would. Camaro nightmare. 1. Again check engine light on 10 miles down the road. I should have learned my lesson, but hey I thought maybe it was the GTO. NOPE this too was a lemon. 2. Again on the lift exposed body, and frame damage that NO WAY ANY MECHANIC WOULD MISS. To the point in needing a whole body alignment which was a major, MAJOR expense. All in all over 5 thousand in repairs to both vehicles in which we put less than 1,500 miles on. To top all of that off the would not answer my emails about anything. Buyers beware they are some serious crooks in there that mask the business with the Twin Pine name which is a shame.

Avoid at all costs. This place sold us a $8k minivan w/ 3 month warranty. The salesman was very friendly and assured us it was thoroughly checked out. 3 days & 100mi later transmission was bad. Worthless warranty directed me to 3 different repair shops, then refused to repair after determining that bad trans existed before I purchased car. Dealer would not return money for vehicle - only exchange with vehicle they would find @ auction. Replaced with another van w/ problems. I returned to their shop many times to get problems resolved, finally sales manager told me he does not trust shop himself. After the final fix and purchasing the replacement car, went on family trip. Balled tires blew out, and at repair shop found out the final repair they promised was never done. I know slick deals are prevalent in used car sales, but these guys take the cake. Kicker of it is: the original van we purchased - with the bad trans, that they said they wish they never sold us, is back up for sale on their website! Buyer beware, I guess.

Viewed one of their Infinitis online and set up an appt to go look at the car. When my wife and I arrived we meet with Steve(one of their salesman) who was working with another customer at the time, he gave us the keys to look at the car until he finished up. The car had scratches all over the drivers side and back of the car and the interior was not in the best condition either. Steve told me his manager had been driving it around for awhile as the miles listed online where different that what was actually on it(91k online, 93k actual). His manager also left a milk container in the glove box, which spoiled and had leaked into the glove-box and on to the carpet, along with various kid toys in the back seats. Against my better judgement I still spoke the salesman about the car and when I asked about having my mechanic look at he refused to discuss price with me and said he would only sell it as is. My whole experience with Steve and the professionalism with how they present themselves and their cars was a horrible.

My husbands dream of a Legend Lime Green Mustang GT Convertible came true here. Once we located the car we had to do much research with many calls and internet searching as we were located several hours from them. They were very forthright and honest and were willing to send me extra pictures to help us make an informed decision. We arrived on a Saturday to test drive and make our final decision. They had the car ready and worked with us on our examination of the vehicle and with our final negotiations. Jonathan knew the paper work that needed to be completed for an "out of state" purchase. We received the final paperwork via certified mail several days latter. Tara was also great on the phone with my questions regarding the expected mailed paperwork. We thank God for Norm, Jonathan and their team (including the canary :) that made this purchase as smooth as possible. Thank you!
