This is an absolutely terrible store with terrible employees and customer service for multiple reasons. I went in last week to switch from a personal plan I had with T-Mobile to a family plan which my family already had through Sprint and the whole time my representative Armando seemed bored, lazy, and uninterested in helping me or my family. In fact he was typing personal texts on his own phone while "helping" us! We were there 1 and a half hours before I let the representative know I would be late for my own job and did not expect the whole process to take so long. They also did not have the screen protector in stock that my phone needed so they had to order it and have it shipped to me, this is not a problem at all however what happened today was the final nail in the coffin that caused me to write this review. The screen protector came in the mail last night and I came into this location to get it installed like Armando promised I could have done for free any day, any time. He himself was working along with two other gentlemen who looked equally as bored and uninterested in being there. When I finally was able to speak to Armando he seemed to have no idea who I was or even remember having served me less than one week earlier. Nevertheless I handed him the unopened screen protector package and my phone to do the install, he looked at it and asked "is this the one you wanted or did you want the film kind of protector." At this point I was in disbelief, he did not even remember what he ordered me and he certainly did not give me an option of what kind of protector I could order in the first place. I was instructed to come back Tuesday when his manager would be there to help me out. Also while this happened an active duty military member came into the store to trade her phone in as her lease was up and was told "it has to be done at a corporate store." Whats the purpose of having franchises if you cant get full service!? And how can a person treat an active duty military servicewoman in that manner!? I absolutely do not recommend this store or any other "Third Party"/Franchise Sprint location. If you must, go to an official corporate store.

Bought a sprint brand car charger that I was told come with a 1 year free replacement warranty. (I was told when I purchased to just bring it back to the store if I had any issues). After approximately 8 months the car charger quit working. ( No physical damage visible to the charger) . After trying to sell me a new charger at a discounted price because they dont carry that model anymore, I finally got tored of trying to get them to honor their warranty! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL! I was rudely approached by a female co-worker to be told they are not a corporate store, they cant help me but maybe a corporate store can! You people sold me the product and disclosed the warranty information to me at the point of sale!

I went to the Sprint store in Marysville, MI and had the worst experience I have ever had. They told me there was nothing they could do to help me and refused to do anything. I then went to the Sprint store on Hall road and seen the representive whos name was Sander, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me what I needed/wanted and I walked out with the iphone 7 plus after I was told there was absolutely no way I could get it from the store in Marysville. I will from now on make the trip to hall road from Saint Clair county to see them! I HIGHLY recommend everyone and anyone come to this store...especially if you want SUPERIOR customer service. I came to the store frustrated and angry with my phone and was on the verge to leave Sprint after 14 years due to the iOS10 update. However; the staff at store Macomb was able to basically rescue the account with excellent service. After working through my anger for about 20 minutes they were able to convince me they had options for me, and I am completely satisfied by their service. As a team, Dylan (store manager) Jalal (floor leader) and Anthony (sales rep) convinced me to stay with Sprint and gave me an upgrade I am completely satisfied with. I will never go back to this store and will never use Sprint again. I canceled the terrible service within the 30 days and gave the phones back to these people. I left the store with an uneasy feeling as they seemed shady. I get a bill for $1300 a month later. I call corporate and they show no signs of me returning the phones. I call this store and they basically tell me they wont help me. I call corporate again and they said its resolved then I get a collections bill. I am now on the phone with corporate and this is the last time I will bend over for these people before there is a lawsuit.

UPDATE: I have spent 2 months correcting what this SPRINT store did to my account. My first bill was $611.00. Called Sprint and they reduced it to $411. My next bill was $407. I asked why so much, they stated the NETGEAR devices that they sold me, and said were free, are $116 a month. Go to a corporate store. Went in for 5 Iphone 6s and received great customer service from Rico. It was along process for him to transfer data and set up the phones. He told us to go home and worked on them for hours. Found the best plan for my family. Very professional and great people.

When I switched over to Sprint about a month or two ago I walked into the store with only $13 and walked out with two iPhone 5ss me and my girlfriend were really struggling and needed phones for work and appointments being that we were only 18 we didnt have a very good credit score so our down payments for $50 each and $30 activation fees each we only paid $13 they were very helpful and understanding I would tell anyone whos struggling to find a good deal on a phone go to them

Thank you so much to Riva for saving the day. I use my phone for work and it started to act up and I couldnt make a single call or do anything on it. The screen wouldnt work at all. The phone ended up having a silla virus. She was able to get me into a new phone and somehow got all my stuff transferred. I couldnt lose all my clients info it would have been very bad. Thankfully she turned a bad day in a perfect day, Im loving my new iPhone! Recommend everybody to go see her

Great store, you get greeted right when you walk in & it was completely worth the wait. Normally I would not have waited, but over hearing how kind and helpful the young woman in there was prompted me to stay. She took her time with us and made sure everything was handled before I left. I will be bringing all my personal and business back to this store and Riva in there. I am a real customer and can swear by this store.
