Really bad looking store ... really post off acting workers and management I stoped going there a long time ago before thay moved due to a bitter old manager that got really pissy with me for asking them to check on some prices due to it ringing up wrong and I guess she had to do it because there was no one to do it after here throwing the stuff on the counter I just left and to my horror I walked in this one and seen here talking rude to a worker and just walked out

Good clarence sales. Sales people are nice and very friendly. Jewelry is very reasonable. They have quite a assortment of necklaces for all occasions. Store is clean. Never have any problems finding what i want. I like that they changed their return policy from store credit to actually refunding your money. I stopped shopping there because they wouldnt refund your money. Burlington has a good summer and back to school sale going on now. Store very close to freeway.

This store needs an overhaul . Even though there are good prices on goods the wait to checkout is at times 40 minutes... My time is more valuable than that. Corporate needs to hire more help to get that store in order. Its very sad I have been a customer for years and now the place looks like junk... The store has clothes thrown everywhere .. No organization at all.., please read these comments and straighten this store out.,,

The store itself is pretty clean, but could use a little more organization . The customer service was great at least for me I was checked out by a very nice women named Elem, she was nice, fast, and lively. She said it was her first day but it felt like she knew what she was doing and she must have had prior customer service experience. Also the prices were really bad or really good.

Really great deals on kids clothing. Bought clothes for a kids charity drive and really got more than I would have at walmart. The only reason for the 4 stars is some of the clothing I wanted didnt have tags and I had to track down a manager for help and when I got home the hat and gloves set was just one glove so I had to make a second trip.

I always remember this place being amazing for suits and nice coats, very upscale. Now its very dirts and poorly kept. Alot of the stuff for sale isnt even clothes or coats, its just random junk. It reminds me more of a dieing k-mart. Its sad to see it fall so far.

I was able to go the dept I wanted, obtained the item I wanted. I got cheaper ($8.00) from the other major retail stores. I was out in 15 minutes. Burlington Coat Factory never disappoints me. Burlington Coat Factory is in my daily rotation.

Decent selection of stuff, and a lot of it. A very good place to go if you want cheep clothes. If you are looking for big brands here though, its not the place to find them. the store is relatively clean and it has good service.

I found sheets that fit my huge King size bed perfectly. I have ordered sheets for my bed and they were expensive and do not fit, like the ones I bought here. Found a beautiful dress for my husbands bosses wedding also.

Nicely organized and well stocked , lots of inventory but needs to be staffed more adequately. There are always lines and only two people to check out. Customer experience is great .
