Buyer beware! This is the worst buying experience that I have ever had. Many mistakes but there is no excuse for being unprofessional, rude and not returning phone calls! I chose a mattress, told them I didnt have a bed and they said I could have it in a week. Took off work, company never called, mattress never shows. Called to find out what happened, apologized regarding the bed and promised in another week. THIS HAPPENED for THREE STRAIGHT Weeks. Then I finally got the bed delivered. I told them it looks and feels different from the one I ordered, they shrugged and told me it was "better than the one I ordered." It was a extra firm mattress, no give. I ordered a pillow top bed that wasnt firm. Called the guy again at PA Mattress, only to find out that the bed they claimed that they were delivering (an upgrade) was the wrong bed entirely. They actually delivered a BED FROM SEARS! Three more weeks of sleeping on a brick prior to the delivery of the mattress I actually ordered. It shows up.. finally I have my bed. After they left, I noticed that the stitching was defective all over the mattress and over 30 strings were attached to parts of the bed. I called to say that a $1400 mattress should not be defective. They told me to cut the strings and that they would get back to me about what they were going to do about it. Needless to say, 22 phone calls, 3 emails, 2 stop in at the store and this company cant get it right. End of with the arrogant owner yelling at me on the phone that he didnt make anything from this sale and that he is going to do anything for me. Wow.. Just tops the cake. I understand that mistakes are made but there is just no excuse to be unprofessional to customers, particularly ones that you have botched up this poorly. If you cant believe that a company will back up your purchase and help you navigate problems, then you should never spend your money with them! This was a brand new owner so dont let them tell you this happened prior to owner switching.

I would like to take the time to express my experience at Pa Mattress Factory. I have been looking for a queen sized comfortable mattress for a long while. I had to replace my old one which was a Queen size Kings down Mattress from sleepys. The problem was it formed a nice crater in the middle, not desirable for my back to say the least! i was disappointed in The Kings down being $3000 and lasting only 8 years. I couldnt sleep at all in it anymore. I am the type of person that does their homework before purchasing. I had read about all the types of mattress out there, to many types to choose and confusing. After visiting Raymour and Flanigan, Sleepys, Sears, Online you name it. I dropped into Pa Mattress Factory. I found it just by chance driving around. It was local near me, even better. I walked in, an immediate Hello from everyone. It wasnt the typical how much money do you have look and greeting. Let me tell you, that means everything to me. I was greeted by one of the owners named Nick. He asked what type of mattress do you own now, and asked about my needs. He said the best way to look, is to lie down in one and feel which one is right for you. Much different than most salesman approach to what makes them the most money and not paying attention to my needs. After taking my time with some of the beds i checked out, i had chosen The Serta icomfort Directors mattress and box set. They delivered the set and took away the old one (thank God). From the first night i slept uninterrupted like a baby. My back never felt any pain since the first day i owned it. I feel refreshed the morning and easy to get up. What a difference a good Mattress can Make! I spoiled myself, i will never choose anything other than what i have now. It was the professionalism and taking the time with me to make my number 1 choice. I would recommend Pa Mattress Factory to anyone. If no pressure, Price, and finding out your want and needs is important to you, Than Pa Mattress Factory is your place!

Exceptional! I was dreading mattress shopping, and Ron made it a great experience, plus the product is awesome. Its nice to make a purchase and feel really good about who you just did business with. Highly recommend. I stopped into another store and literally walked out in about 10 minutes and then drove right back to PA MATTRESS. No comparison. Buy your bed here. I also just wanted to take a moment and compliment the professionalism and efficiency of their delivery team. They came on time, set up the queen size bed in just minutes. One gentleman was named Jeff and his helper. Both men were very friendly and polite.

They tried real hard to satisfy me, but would not refund my money. They switched out mattresses twice but charged me for delivery each time. The Simmons Mattress I purchased was just plain no good. I will definitely go to a retailer who would refund if not satisfied in the future.

i got a teddy,- memory foam queen mattress for a great deal that i could NOT-- find anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this wonderful family owned business to all in search of the all time greatest sleep ever !!!!!!! KOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
