Worst experience ever. Order a couch a love seat a TV console and an end table 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. I told them we were moving and didnt need the furniture u til 2/27 with was the move in date. They informed us everything was in Stock and said it was guaranteed for 2/27. On 2/26 they called and said everything was out of stock except our end table. The couches were finally delivered on 3/1 but the TV console was missing. They claimed it was out of stock and would be delivered on 3/3 and they wouldnt charge us for delivery. On 3/3 they called and said the TV console was ready for pick up so I told them it was to be delivered. I was told by the manager the earliest delivery would be 3/5 after being told 2 days earlier it would be there on the 3rd this place has the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered all this on 2/3 it has been a full month and part of my order is still missing. They claim delivery in 3 days or less but my experience proves other wise.

We had been looking for a living room set for a while and could not seem to make a decision. A lot of stores either made us feel uncomfortable or just felt like we were dealing with a car salesman. Our visit to the Deptford Store however, was fantastic. Eric Swain is the best, he kindly welcomed us to the store and was so patient with us. He is not only a great sales person but very kind and is a great asset to this company. He made us feel very welcome and treated us like a close friend. He was informative, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to see Eric at Deptford. HE IS AWESOME!

This place is a joke!! You think you buy the furniture that you see in the showroom instead they give you a cheap look alike! We bought the warranty/ service plan with replacement option they rave about. They send a man to my house to see the so called leather that cracked ....for him to say ok Im gonna melt the vinyl to fix your sofa .. I said to this gentlemen ahh no you wont that is not fixing the leather/ or vinyl as you call it thats putting an ugly bandaid on it .... negative !!! It took them six months to replace it with an even cheaper version of the sofa !!!!! Never again do not trust them at all !!!!

went to Raymour and Flanigan last week and had Barb as sales representative. I was on a tight budget and needed a very comfortable bed due to sleeping issues. She was professional, very very patient, informative, polite and found me the perfect bed in my price range. Even worked some of her magic on the price.This bed is so so comfortable to the point of never wanting to get out of it. My family enjoys my happy non grumpy mornings and all day long have energy and peace. She is an asset to the company and if anyone visits this Deptford nj store ask for her, Five stars..

Been a loyal customer for years, outfitted my 6 bedroom 2 bath home with your products, recommended your store to everyone. You will loose us due to the matress problem. iComfort defect cant sleep in my own bed. Do the correct thing or we will go elsewhere. Your sales people and your technician both said your store should take care of its valued customer. Very disappointed in the manager my wife just spoke with who basically stated go ahead and shop elsewhere. Not a good thing to do, especially when you make so many sales on our behalf.

The staff were very unprofessional and there was no illusion of a well functioning group. A clear pecking order was in place & it was disheartening to see the newer employees being pushed aside when new customers came in (i.e. due to their pay being based on commission). It made me uncomfortable and I decided to shop somewhere else.

Purchased a mattress and was told free delivery and disposal of your old mattress, Well their disposal is to take to the curb of your house. reason, there was a spot the size of a haff dollar on the old mattress. If I had been home for the delivery I would have sent it back to the store and went to Sleepys.

This Raymour and Flanigan in Deptford is awesome! We walked in and the employee Anita, was so helpful and welcoming! We got the mattress we wanted for an amazing price with great financing as well as DELIVERY TOMORROW MORNING! (Shocked) Anyone looking for furniture, I highly reccomend!

The Manger Sheryl was very nice, but the sale woman that met us at the door was rude and made comments that I could here. And made faces at my wife and me. This happen around 5pm on 6/27/16. Its sad to be treated this way by staff when you want to do business with the company.

They have great furniture and the showroom is magnificent. Sales people are waiting in the front for you but is understandable they work on a commission. But they do let you go on your look on your own after they introduce themselves. Overall good store with a great selection
