Some of the guys are knowledgeable about the glass but the women are not. The customer is most definitely never right in this establishment. I purchased a nectar collector and it began cracking the very first time I used it and the hole was so small it began clogging after the first few uses. I tried to exchange the Item for a different nectar collector and the woman of course told me all sales are final but I stated that this is obviously a faulty piece that was blown. She Kept insinuating it was my fault first by not inspecting the glass before it left and for over heating it. I have had plenty of Texas blown nectar collectors and have never had a problem. Its not just this location either. The women I have purchased from at several myxed up locations have been extremely rude and unknowledgeable about the glass. I will never purchase from this establishment again. Plenty of little shops with just as good if not better prices and friendlier staff. They dont even deserve a single lonesome star.

this is the fourth or fifth time your staff has lied to my face about items they would restock, then upsold me on a product they knew nothing about. Also, I have paid for several items at this shop and EVERY one has been crap that has broken soon thereafter. I wanted to be nice and say good things, but now that I know it is most all of your staff that is not only manipulative, but utterly incompetent at helping you with brands unfamiliar, I will only say what is honest, and that is that your store is dishonest. whomever owns this place needs to take a serious look at their employees and the devastating effect they are having on my desire to go there. Seriously dude, if you pride yourself on feedback received you need to take a look at your store. for now I will go miles out of my way to get the product where I know it will be. seriously, what smoke shop runs out of rolling papers, tells you they will restock them, then refuses to so they can upsell you on crap that is way overpriced?

I would absolutely not recommend Myxed Up for your Smoking needs I purchased a MediCali glass piece and within 3 days and 1 gram of shatter the neck for the downstem to seat itself fell off. There are no drop marks and no explanations for what caused it and when I called to see if they would make good on it due the price of the piece the amount of time elapsed and the overall condition of the entire piece their response was, "We dont do anything with glass" Ive never had a problem with Myxed Up before but after this experience Ill never spend another cent in their stores again

Ive shopped there before to pick up some screens or a old school bong, today I went in to buy some ejuice for the first time. I received a nice box mod as a gift and was nervous as how to buy what "special" lingo is used, i just didnt want to look too stupid. I was so wrong, everyone there was SUPER nice. Brandi was super helpful and mixed up my first juice....AWESOME. I thought i just popped the top on my favorite energy drink...AND THAT AINT NO BULL!!! With the specials and custom mix flavors I cant wait to go get more. Thank you all!!

Loved this Store. I knew what I wanted and researched many options in a glass piece. Met up with Ali and she was pleasantly knowledgeable about every question I had and information I didnt know. I live up in Denver and have only been to the Myxed Up pueblo shop once, but I just had to stop in while I was in the area cause I love their denver and aurora shops. I have to say this company has a knack for hiring friendly employees. I also loved the herbal vapor bar they have at this shop - very unique, worth checking out.

Went by there to get a piece to take back home with me. Was helped by a guy named Mike super friendly and helpful. Probably pulled out 15 pieces I was interested in and new about all the local blowers. Wish we had shops like that in my home town. Great prices as well! Might go by and get a couple more pieces before I leave.

I always go to this Myxed up after my sunday football game. Mario is always there to talk about the sunday lineup with (your cowboys will catch a break someday.. hah!) GO BRONCOS! Both employees are always very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable!

Use to enjoy going in there but now all there are are people from out of state. Not very friendly to people they dont know. Even heard one guy telling his prefered customer that everyone else isnt important. Smokers friendly here i come.
