I bought a BRAND NEW 0 miles 2013 Yamaha Raider that Jamestown Harley had left over from a dealership they closed down. I live in Florida so i payed to have the motorcycle shipped here.I received the bike in great condition. The problem is the motorcycle will not start without a jump, due to the battery being a few years old. I called the dealership and they told me thats not their problem and their hands are tied because they gave me a good deal on the motorcycle. Thats not the kind of customer service i was looking for after spending my hard earned cash on a motorcycle i bought from Jamestown Harley. You would think they would ofter to send me a replacement battery considering the motorcycle was brand new but i guess thats to much to ask.

They guys are great. I was on a motorcycle trip to Montreal from New York City when I realized I lost the only copy of my motorcycle keys halfway through New York State. When I went to the local Harley dealership they were able to find the one copy of my Key in the whole country at this Jamestown dealership. When I called they were more than helpful and shipped the keys to me that morning. Definitely recommend them if youre looking for a motorcycle in the area. They are good people!

My hats off to Beth. I have never seen or witnessed her in a bad mood. The other reviewer must have gave her an attitude or just was a complete A..HOLE! Have done business with them for awhile and will continue. Keep up the great job Beth, I just wish you guys would stop getting in new T-shirts because my wife is getting sick of me always coming home with a new one everytime I go there.

I stopped in at lunch time, very few people around one lady asked if she could help me find anything but just didnt seem super friendly. But there was no sales pressure either, which is a good thing. Limited selection of merchandise on sale to other locations I have visited.

These guys are absolutely the best. All these people love motorcycles and it really shows. The service department is world class. They fix stuff that gets screwed up at another local dealership with a poor service department. Thanks for everything HD Jamestown!

Helpful and cheerful staff without pressure. Helped my friend who is a new rider with his helmet fitting, boots, gloves, etc. And of course I couldnt leave without a couple great HDJ tees.
