Been going here since I purchased a bike from them in 2008 and this is definitely a "no headaches" sort of place. Its not perfect by any means -- no place is -- but its got what matters: a very strong service staff that in all my years of going here, Ive never had a single issue. Theyve even gone out of their way to help me out when Ive had emergency issues with the bike, such as a major oil leak as I was literally driving past the shop, and its always been good quality service. While the price isnt going to be as low as, say, a guy running a solo operation out of a shop, labor isnt ridiculous. My only issue is with parts -- the mark-up is a bit high and I did end up with a cheaper aluminum sprocket once that quickly degraded. I brought in a steel one and they propped it in for me. I dont hold it against them -- I have a very small bike, I was strapped for cash and I let the chain slide a bit more than it realistically should have been -- but just be aware of what parts are being installed. Ask questions and do your homework, but also understand that they make their money back on parts. I have no problem paying a reasonable markup, but I am wary of larger purchases. I will repeat, the service staff is very knowledgeable and do an amazing job with everything they fix. Ive never, ever had an issue with this area of the store and is definitely one of the best reasons to come here. As for the bikes themselves, they have a very large selection of what they have, but truthfully, I cant say I buy enough bikes to justify making much of a comment on them. Markup on my bike was MSRP, nothing outrageous, and they have great sales on occasion.

I tried this place again after a year or so after being blown out buy the service manager at the time..... I bought my new Yamaha in 08 there and the staff was friendly, the owner was phenomenal and on site. Place was always crowded with lookers and buyers. I went there again looking for a bike. Not much has changed (except the sales associates) and all of a sudden they have a wealth of new "old" bikes. Lots of old "new" inventory. Who in their right mind would buy a "new" motorcycle with seven year old tires? Tires have a shelf life. Plus no test rides. I decided to buy a Harley instead of another Japanese cruiser, although I like and prefer them, because I could test ride ANY Harley they had and they treated me VERY well. Prices are not that much different when one compares new vs new. Resale is a whole lot better as Harley does not sell seven year old unsold inventory bikes at $4000 below original MSRP killing resale. At this rate I wonder how long we will have those Japanese brands available in Myrtle Beach.

One of the worst shopping experiences of my life bar non!!! They did a good old bait and switch on me and ended up basically stealing $4500 from me. I went there with the intention on buying 2 motorcycles. The salesperson Kyle did a great job and I found 2 I wanted and he filled out the purchase order with the price we came to which was $14k out the door and took a deposit of $45.00 from me and went to see the finance manager named Bob then came back and said they couldnt do our agreed upon price. I should have demanded my money back and left but I have been waiting over a year to get the bikes so I wanted to see if the deal was salvageable or not. BOB. SAID IT WOULD BE easier to work the numbers if I gave him a decent deposit on the second bike I was looking at. This was my second mistake, giving him more money. In the end I gave him $4500.00deposit on a $10500.00 bike and was supposed to meet him the following morning. Needless to say I went hom

I purchased a 1998 Yamaha Wave runner from online at a great deal or so I thought. I took it to Redline to get serviced and checked over. The tech that worked on it the first time found numerous issues with many things needing repaired on my ski.I personally want to thank Rob The G.M. Matt who handles Service, and Jeff the Mechanic for all there hard work on my ski. After being in and out of the shop with cylinder issues and oiler issues SBT was contacted and Redlines Staff went out of their way and worked with SBT to repair my ski at no additional cost to me. Although we had some hiccups in the beginning I Know RedLines staff wanted to make it right for me and since this has been accomplished they will now be servicing my ski for as long as I own it. I would stress to future Customers if there is a problem speak with Matt or Rob right way so it can be handled right away!!

Our 2005 Yamaha twin jet boat was purchased from this business brand new. Since then they failed to honor anything as it was never Yamaha nor redline problem. This last time , they kept it over a year still trying to repair the same existing problem and during this time they closed up shop. Then they said it was repaired but they blew another engine. It became so ridiculous that only suing them would help, however they are broke so other than the lawyer we get nothing. Also we took them the cover as the interior was in excellent condition, however they ruined the interior and was still going to take our watercraft unless we paid them 3G !!!! Change of ownership haha change of Corp to hide from bankruptcy. Never ever use this place as they are pathetic, misinformed, and mistreat staff and customers!!!!

The sales department is very nice, as is the service department. They have an extensive selection of bikes to choose from, including many 4 wheelers and jet skis. The parts department seems to usually have a "Im too busy to deal with you" attitude. Ive been to the parts department about 7 times total and only had good service once and 3 other times it was "ok". Their selection was a bit on the small side, but I will say they stand behind their product as they did good by me and replaced a faulty helmet that was sold to me. I will have my Ninja serviced here, and Id consider buying from here for a new bike (their used is a bit on the expensive side and not very extensive), but Ill likely not be buying my Yoshimura r-77 exhaust, tires, nor any other parts from this location and will travel elsewhere.

I tried (and I do mean tried) to buy a motorcycle from these people. While talking and trying to get a better price I gave a deposit to hold the motorcycle I liked. When I could see I was not going to get a good price I said I wanted my deposit money back. Thats where the "stuff" got bad. I was told deposits are not refundable. I asked where it said that, receipt, on a sign somewhere, etc. I was told no - its just our policy. I talked to the sales manager, the general manager and got the same story. I gave them 3 choices, money back, store credit or court. After some time I was given a store gift card. Poor way to treat a local and a want to be customer . Went to Florence, got treated very well and got a better deal than Redline offered.
