These guys are unprofessional. It takes them hours to do things When they picked up my bike, I wasnt given a ticket or anything beyond the estimate for the work, which I thought was everything. Upon going to pick it up, or even dropping off the part, I found out they had other fees associated which were described on small signs behind the counter and on the ticket I had never seen. Lastly, ask for what theyre going to do in writing. If you dont have proof of it, theyre going to stick to the quote and not do that. In summary, find something more established. These guys are going to nickel and dime you to high hell if they think they can get away with it.

heading across the blue ridge parkway and 8 hours from home. made a quick stop in town to check it out and on the way back to the parkway i got a rear flat on my yamaha fjr. fortunately just a valve stem. a couple of co2 cartridges made it mobile. called these guys and told me to bring it in when i got there the mechanic stopped what he was doing to look at my bike. just needed a new valve stem, and they were on it in no time. got me up and riding again with minimal down time!! great group of guys at this shop. Overpriced, poor customer service, and substandard work. I took my scooter in to replace the drive belt, but the mechanic left the retaining clips open, so my new drive belt was shredded then failed before I made it home. Too much drama overall, so avoid this rats nest and look elsewhere.

I have purchased three bikes, lots of parts and gear from Allsports. Its a small locally run business who treats their customers like family. I do my own work so I cant comment of their service but have seen them get a few friends out of jam in times of need. Highly recommended!
