First day I got price from them for a Softail Heritage. 2nd day, I called them back and after bargaining I was able to get $400$. I also have Sporster which was bought during "ride free deal". (Acording to that deal, dealer should buy it back for full MSRP including factory installed options). So they also told me they are going to pay full if bike has no damage. Last day I went to the dealer to close the deal. They checked my bike and they agreed bike has no problems. Then we sat on table, he gave the $400 off as promised but he gave my bikes trade-in value $345 less without explaining. After I caught that difference, I asked why he is not paying full MSRP and he told me they dont pay for factory installed security device. But according to the deal they had to pay if the part is factory installed. (Color, security device, wheel ...) Besides that, they didnt mention about this during previous conversations. This was obviously a last minute trick to compensate the $400 price reduction, and either they assumed I will not catch that, or I will accept it since we are almost signing the deal. This is actually 2 scams at the same time. Number 1, they played with the numbers last minute and I could not caught that. Number 2, after I caught number 1, they lied about the "ride free" deals terms and conditions. I would believe and buy but I didnt believe them. Of course I didnt buy it and filed complain to main Harley Davidson customer service. Stay away from them!

Service really socks it to you. Every time I have work done it always ends up being 1-3 hours more than they quoted me. At $75 an hour the extra charges really hurt the budget. On my latest job I had my inner fairing swapped out speakers changed and handlebars changed. I was quoted 8 hours. I was billed 10.5. I am pretty sure I got some fraudulent bill as the job was completed in one day and I am doubting the tech worked an 11 hour day with lunch in there on my bike. The 4 hours for the inner fairing seems legit. 5 hours for handlebars when the inner fairing is off seems bogus. They did not have to run any new wires or cables. This should have been 2 hours tops maybe 3. Then I got socked 1.5 hours to put new speakers in. It was a brand new fairing how can it take more than 15 minutes to put those in???? I brought this up to the service department and got the normal we are harley this is how it is pay the bill. I am likely going to have to find a new place to have my bikes worked on. It is a shame because I like alot of the employees at this shop but everytime I leave Z and M I do so feeling I got ripped off.

Let me start by saying the Sales team was awesome from start to finish. Ryan W. knew what I was looking for, knew what my budget was, and found me the bike I wanted. I then had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on my first long road trip on the bike and Jim P. went above and beyond to make it right. My bike is a 2011 but I only had it for 3 weeks before major problems occurred, so one could imagine how upset I was. Jim sent a truck with a trailer down to pick me and my bike up 4 hours away from the shop and even though it took a little time to get some parts in, they took care of my bike and I cannot complain one bit. This could have been a big company telling a customer "too bad" but they did not do that at all. They made it right by me. They realized the value that saving me a few dollars today will guarantee them a customer for life. And I know that there are several Harley owners that I know who took what was done for me to heart as well. The earned not just one customers unwavering loyalty but several that day. Thank you Ryan, Dax, TJ, and ESPECIALLY the service manager Jim P!

I had a great buying experience at Z&M. My salesman was Ryan Lease. He was a very nice, down to earth guy who had tons of knowledge and provided great customer service. He treated me fairly and with respect and made my purchase an enjoyable experience. To be honest I went to three other dealers just to compare. One place seemed decent but were kind of pushy trying to get the sale that day. The other place was OK but it seemed to me the salesman didnt know the product too well. One dealership I stopped at the salesman was rude and disrespectful and said I was interested in the most popular Harley being sold and he had one on the floor and Im lucky hes not adding an additional surcharge to the sticker price and my trade in was worthless to him. For the record that same "most popular" Harley was also on the floor at Z&M and they treated me honestly and fairly for the purchase of the new bike and the value of my "worthless" trade in. With Z&M they made me feel like part of the family instead of just a customer. Thank you Ryan and Z&M!

I have been dealing with Z&M for ~10 years now. I have traded in two motorcycles a Honda 2004 VTX for my 1st Harley Davidson (new 2007 Electra Glide Ultra Classic) and that 2007 Harley for my new 2013 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Limited. In both deals, I was very pleased with the deal. Both were what I would describe as a WIN-WIN deal. This last purchase, which was this past week, I worked with Jason C. on the deal I have found that both their sales & parts staff are always extremely helpful, not pushy and trying to ensure you get get what you want. Their service department is excellent. Not only from a knowledge standpoint, but also, they do all they can to accommodate me, the customers, schedule, needs and restrictions. Clem, AJ, Chuck, Jim, and their service technicians, etc., are all great to deal with. And if by chance, you should have an issue, they will work with you to resolve it, and to the customers satisfaction, within reason, of course. Thanks! Keep it up!

No real words can tell you how I felt when I made my first Harley Davidson purchase from Z&M Cycles. I traveled over 5 hours from my home to visit their massive showroom. A good friend of mine, who purchased from them several times from them, told me about his positive experiences so I made the road trip, and glad I did. They had it ALL !! Hundreds of motorcycles to choose from. Walls and walls of parts and accessories to choose from. The staff was friendly and asked about my riding expectations, since this was my first Harley purchase. I ended up purchasing a Street Glide, loaded on my trailer, and drove back to Baltimore with a big smile on my face. Hats off to all the staff and a special thanks to Leah in Finance. She got my loan approved fast and provided me with a premium purchase experience. If you are in the market for a Harley Davidson Motorcycle, give them a shout before you make your final decision. Thanks again....Z&M Cycles
