I was pumped the day I could finally afford the rzr s 1000 I had been wanting and decided that world of wheels was the best deal around! Went in got the rzr and was pumped but within days an issue happened with the transmission. I completely understand that these type of issues are out of my hands and the companies hands so I wasnt to worried. The device broke only 3 days after owning and after spending 20 grand just a couple days before I felt like world of wheels would hook me up with excellent service to get me back on the dirt. I had taken vacation and bought the RZR to go on a long riding trip with my friends scheduled a couple weeks after the purchase. World of wheels told me that I couldnt bring in the RZR for a week due to a backlog of work. I was a little disappointed by this beings I just spent 20 grand and cant even ride what I purchased. Finally I was able to take the machine in a week and a couple days after owning. I figured being I spent so much money they would instantly rip it apart and get the replacement parts ordered and get me on this trip with my friends but I called a week later and they had yet to even diagnose the problem with my machine. During this time I feel a company should at least have customer service and let you know how the process is going which never happens. You wont hear from them ever unless you call and bother them and when you do get them on the line you just seems like you are bother them and they dont want to talk to you. After spending 20 grand I still dont have my machine and get to miss the trip with my friends and dont get the vacation back to go again. Not saying this place is horrible because I have heard a lot of good out of it but in my experience I would never go back to world of wheels. I saved about 500 dollars on the machine by going to them and if I could take it all back I would choose to find a place with a better customer service drive. This place once they make the sale your just another number to them and they dont care about you and your purchase. After all this I called and talked with management and was pretty much told buddy there is nothing I can do for you. You can call and complain to Polaris if you want but I cant do anything. Wrong sir you can provide good customer service and priorities the fixing for a customer that just spent 20 grand at your location. Or you could hire more mechanics to actually fix equipment in a decent turn around. Buyers beware of this shop they will seem nice during the buying process and everything but wont provide the service you expect out of them. Im not saying they are bad people every time I go in I enjoy my experience but the service they provide is extremely unsatisfactory. You simply get what you pay for!! Spend a little extra and get a company that will provide you with the service you deserve instead of only caring about the next sale. Missing the trip and still dont have my machine. It seems since they havent even diagnosed the issue that the parts need to be ordered and it will still be weeks till completion. This means I will own the machine over a month before even being able to ride it properly

Last year I purchased a brand new TTR230. I paid cash and to be honest got a good deal. This year 2017 I wanted to upgrade my bike to a new 2017 YZ250X 2 stroke. Once again I paid cash but this time I didnt get any discount. I feel that I could of received some type of deal seeing two brand new bikes in two years and paying cash. I bought it anyway because living in a very rural area this is the only Yamaha dealer around me. Fast forward after going through the break in period and following the gas to oil ratio per the manual I kept fouling plugs after two rides. Now I know about the jetting and needs to be fined tuned to the area you live in and other factors. Since I do not know how to do this I drove over and asked them what they thought. Honestly, I was thinking they were going to say bring it in and we can help you out. NOPE.. I was told to put a hotter spark plug in and change the ratio premix to 40:1 and stopped using yamalube premix. The told me to purchase Spectro which is very expensive BTW. I felt that all they wanted to do is get ride of me and just gave me a half was answer. I got home and did research and found out the advice they gave me was completely incorrect. This made my bike run even more rich and now I kept hearing a knocking sound from the piston.. Well low and behold my brand new bike only 30 hours on it the piston detonated and my engine was done..I called over and they once again would not help me.. So now I am sitting on a brand new YZ250X that doesnt run. I do not have the money to get it fixed so till I do it will just sit in my garage an $7400.00 paper weight.. Thanks world of wheels for the great awful customer service. It would of been nice to have it jetted at your store which from what I can tell is a easy job if you know what you are doing..World of Wheels is all about the selling and zero servicing and awful advice your mechanics gave me..
