Sales experience was good 4 years ago. Lance did a good job, not too pushy, no attitude. Now we come to the night mare. The service department! I dealt with "L" and after escalating, with John the service manager. I had to replace my front fender and regular maintenance. It took 4 months!! also in previous experiences, every time i dropped of the bike with "L" there was something messed up or he forgot something. The worst was when I dropped of the bike to have some additional cables pulled (for USB charging), i explained everything and he gives you the feeling that you bore him to death. Next day he called me: "...you need to come by and tell the technician what you wanna have done..." So, i had to go back (30 minutes ride each way) to explain it all over again. But back to my 4 months horror experience. Although its all documented in writing and i even kept the mailbox messages, they blame me and do not feel responsible. Finally, (after 4 months and 100 phone calls) they call me to confirm that the bike is ready but they need to replace the battery. I couldnt believe that. The battery was less than a year old and i just came back from a 8000 miles US trip with NO battery problems. But, of course, after sitting in the shop for 4 months with no charging, the battery is dead. I explained the issue in a constructive way and wrote a long email to the service manager, sharing my pride in riding a harley but disappointment of the service experienced. I explained that if I was in his position i would appreciate honest feedback. The reaction was pure arrogance, blaming game and attitude. I can honestly say that i have never experienced so much incompetence and attitude but still have to pay more that 2000$ for it. Although i love Harley, i will not buy a harley again (normally, i buy a bike every 5-7 years), as this is the only shop in the area. I do not want to be dependent of such unreliable people. Never again i will put a foot in the door of this shop. Unfortunately.

Quality is the difference between what you expect and what you get. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but my experience with Rebecca was exceptional. Normally you expect some smooth talking sales person but Becca was so genuine and sincere about finding the perfect solution for me that I was beyond surprised. She coached me into the right bike for my needs and expertly negotiated the best possible deal I could hope for. She was patient and remained cool and composed through my process. After I was ready to walk away she still managed to find common ground and made me feel respected and appreciated. Ultimately it was her perseverance that sold me the bike. Even after the sale, she was incredibly thorough in responding to my questions and concerns. I drove away from that dealership today feeling like a winner. Thank you Becca for your patience, understanding and commitment to customer service well beyond my expectations. You made the difference that defines quality. To those of you out there reading this, if you want to get a great buy on a quality bike, go to Low County Harley Davidson and ask for Becca. Youll be glad you did.

I stopped at LCHD one afternoon to just look. I was approached by one salesman, Hal. He was very informatiive and not pushy. I let him know my situation and he said to give him a shout when I felt ready to purchase. One particular bike caught my eye. I drove back to Beaufort and that weekend called Hal back, set up an appointment, we went for a test drive on the bike and I was in love again:>).. My bestest buddy purchased her Harley from LCHD and has had nothing but good things to say. Hal kept me up to date on the process with purchase, they got me to the price I requested, had a really good time with all the staff. Everyone very friendly, very professional and love sharing the joy of owning a Harley.I have been contacted several times by Hal to ensure all is going well and to answer any questions I have about the bike. Parts department have been extremely helpful with assisting my husband fine tuning the basic maintnance on his Harley. LCHD is my new family. Thankyou for such a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommend purchasing your Harley Davidson from here and services.

OK honest and humble opinion. the Sales dept are a great group of guys and arent pushy and knowledgeable. The rental dept (one guy) is good to go and he care about what he does. The parts dept isnt too bad yet prices are marked up, yet that is the cost of convenience. Now the service dept is a different animal. If you have a stock motorcycle and want to keep it that way, they are great. Once you begin to upgrade and mod your bike then you will run into some problems. The mechanics there know if they did the work or not, and if they didnt I can guarantee you ride they will intentionally mess something up. Each and every time I brought (or had my friends bring) a customized bike for simple repairs the bike would be returned with new problems. I even have a warranty and refuse to use it since their lack of workmanship almost made a crash on the 26! One star for the sales, and rental dept. Everything else about Low Country is very sketchy.

Well, unfortunately, I wish there was a zero rating. The event (red white blue) was great and the staff was more than accommodating - dont know why- maybe because the event was public with the news and radio stations... If you want to see how the store truly operates, visit on a day that isnt so public. For instance, this morning... we were there because of a service issue with a 2016 Low Rider which was supposed to be under warranty. However, and I guess, of course, it wasnt truly under warranty. The cost to repair was $800 for a bike under 8 months old. Then, actually thinking about trading the bike for another one. Good luck with that if you want to be taken advantage of with the numbers. Insulting was an understatement. Think twice before doing business at this location.

I have purchased 4 bikes from Low Country Harley Davidson. Purchasing a new vehicle from anywhere can be a pain. This dealer is no different and I understand this each time. I get the bike that I want at a price I am willing to pay. The main reason I return to Low Country is for the service that I receive. There has only been one issue in the 5 years I have been utilizing them and it was a factory deal beyond their control. Jimmie in service has always made sure to be straight with me on everything. No BS and no sugar coating. He provides exemplary service each and every time I work with him. "L" is on par with Jimmie. The two of them make a great team and I would find somewhere else to have my services done if they were no longer there. Keep up the good work, fellas.
