Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I didn’t know customer service like this existed!! I purchased a new Ducati 959 from Nate and drove 3 hours to get the bike when there were multiple dealers who had bikes closer to me solely based on my interaction with Nate. I can’t say enough good things about him and him making this whole process go smoothly for me. Nate has excellent communication skills and was really on top of keeping me in the loop via emails and calls about when Ducati was going to ship out bikes as well as when they actually received a bike at the store. There was no pressure put on me to close the deal and most important I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed in the process and I genuinely felt and know from my continued interaction that Frontline are just good people. Once I purchased the bike Nate was great with introducing me to all the people I’d be working with and he was always the point person I’d go to with any questions and he’d always get me an answer ASAP and would touch base frequently letting me know how things were going. Travis was great to work with as well in parts and I swear I was talking to him just about daily for a couple weeks as I was sending and ordering all the aftermarket parts I needed, and getting them put on so I could pick up my bike and have everything just the way I wanted. Travis was very knowledgeable about parts and he helped me pick out things like adjustable pegs, tank pads, grips, and even what apparel (brands) to get for protection while riding. Once all of my parts where picked out Tommy in service was great getting everything on. I couldn’t believe that he was taking pictures for me as he put something on so I could see how it looked. It made me feel like I was there in the shop even though I was 3 hours away which was I really nice touch. I had picked out a center tank pad that I wasn’t sure about and Tommy took a pic of it on the bike to show me the reds didn’t quite match and I know he actually wanted the bike to look good as well. And I can’t leave out Ellen who was great making sure I got all of my documents and paperwork signed and the bike registered. For not being there and able fill out and sign all the documents in person, Ellen made sure the process went as smooth as possible and got me all the info I needed. I will try and keep this as brief as possible. After a not so pleasant experience, with my sort of local dealer (130+ miles away), I remembered Nate s youtube page, that I have been following for about 6 months. I had been impressed with his videos, of his unboxing & deliveries. So, I made a call to him at Frontline. After several days of us communicating, about a K1600GT, that I was interested in, the deal was finalized, through emails and calls. Now, for the fun part, riding 500 miles to complete the purchase. When I arrived in the area, I shut my bike off (trade in), and it wouldnt start again. The next morning, Nate came by the hotel, loaded up the bike, and off we went to Frontline. I must say, all the people that I encountered there, were nothing short, of awesome. My whole purpose of this review, is to convey that, this is probably the best purchase experience, I have ever completed. They really care about the whole experience! For me to ride, 1,000 miles round trip, when there is probably a dozen dealers closer, speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking, for not only a fair deal, but a awesome purchase experience. You guys and gals rock!!!!

I began to work with Frontline when they had a dealership in Christiansburg. Nate Jennings steered me towards a bike that was a great first ride. When they moved to Salem, my business continued with them. As I gained experience I moved to larger bikes. I recently purchased a BMW R1200 GS that has been great. In every instance Nate provided exceptional advice as I gained experience and was looking for the bike that provided the most comfort and enjoyment to me. I would also note that Nate was instrumental in recommending the BMW Maxi - Scooter for my wife which she has enjoyed immensely. My greatest compliments are reserved for the entire staff at Frontline. Nate has been an exceptional sales person and advisor. However, everyone from their service department (Andrew and Tommy) to their desk crew (Van and Jason) and the owners and office staff are exceptional I have rarely found a business of any type that provides better customer service and support than Frontline Eurosports.

This is the best place Ive ever been when Buying a motorcycle . Im 65 and been Riding since I was 15 . I had a Honda in The 70s and sold it and have had and Still have a Harley . 05 screamingeagle Electro glide . Over the years Ive purchased Several Harleys . I was just looking at BMW s and really didnt know if I wanted One or not . I am very impressed with Nate . He is extremely knowledgeable About motorcycles and is a very good Salesman . Not pushy. Just intelligent And helpful . He introduced me to van For parts and he was and is very Knowledgeable and has called me couple Times to check on my bike and to tell Me my accessories were in . I still have to come back for light Install Nate has called me several times To check on me and the bike . Great Guy great dealership and I would and Highly recommend it to anyone . .

Absolutely wonderful looking/deciding/buying experience. Nate Jennings treated me like a friend from the moment I met him to three months later when we closed a deal, and he still treats me like a friend now that my purchase has been complete for a bit. Unlike some dealerships, no one at Frontline Eurosports gave the impression that they didnt need/want my business--they worked hard to earn it, and gave me a deal that I was 100% happy with, even after several months of my thinking/deciding/choosing. Nate was helpful with each and every question I asked via email and telephone and in person. Completing the paperwork with Ellen was a breeze, too. I was done before I realized we had started. Frontline Eurosports is the place where theyll work hard to get you exactly what you want, and youll always be thankful that you found them.

I drove over 3 hours to purchase my K1600 GTL here and it was well worth it! Not only did they have what I wanted at a significantly lower price than my local BMW dealers, but their customer service throughout the entire process was beyond comparison. Nate Jennings was our Sales Rep and took care of ALL my questions, got me a great price and went through the entire bike with my wife and I to make sure we were very comfortable. Ellen in financing had everything down to a science and all paperwork was very easy to get through. Other dealers need to take note that this is how you build customer relations where we will return again and again. If youre ever in the market for a bike - then Frontline Eurosports is the only place you need to go.
