Found out honesty and loyalty buying mean nothing to them. Family has dealt with them for years and daughter was buying a vehicle and since close to closing said she would be in first thing in the morning. The salesman said he would not but would leave word not to sell the vehicle. She tried to start calling at 8, the answering machine said they did not open until 9:30. She called as we were on our way to the dealership at 9 to tell them she was on the way and was told by the other salesman that it was sold this morning. They said since she did not leave a deposit (which she did not know she had to do, maybe because it was 10 minutes to closing and he was in a hurry to close up and gave his word it wouldnt be sold so didnt tell her she needed a deposit) that there was nothing she could do. Needless to say, even after the salesman talked to the salesman that she dealt with she still lost the vehicle. Our family has dealt with them for over 15 years beginning with my dad. This was very unacceptable and alot of miscommunication on the dealership salesmanship part and doing business before and after hours which we did not know they did because they had to have sold the car before 9:30. The salesman should have at least called my daughter to see if she was coming in to buy it but I really believe the salesman she dealt with left nothing saying she would be in. I and the rest of my family has lost all trust and respect in them. Ive seen a few reviews that say they lied to them and now I am believing it!!!

Just bought our second car from Hedges Used Cars on telegraph. Seriously if you are in the market for a used car do yourself a favor and check them out first. Great honest guys who are always willing to work on price. There selection may be smaller but they still have so much to look at. Almost all the cars weve looked at by them have checked out nicely at the mechanics as well. In a business where its hard to trust anybody they are always the first people Ill turn to when I need a new vehicle.

They will be honest the best they can. And they are fare. I ve bought numerous cars here. If you bought a lemon, Im sure you didnt take it to a mechanic to see its worthiness. Im a mechanic, well used to be, Im disabled now, but I can still know a good car when test riding. Nice folks
