BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I got my Pontiac G8 repaired there after a minor accident. The paint job was terrible - a lot of running paint, they didnt bother to blend in the paint, and barely put any clearcoat. Oh yeah, lets not forget about the bottom skirt that was sticking out way further then it should have. When I pointed it out the guy all he had to say was "Yeah youre right...I should have looked at this before I gave it back to you". If you guys were really about quality, wouldnt you check every car? The second time around they did fix all of the issues that I mentioned. But when I pointed one last thing out, the guy said "WELL, ITS NOT A FERRARI"..WELL IF ITS NOT A FERRARI, THEN DONT OFFER TO SERVICE GM CARS. P.S. THEY CHARGE A LOT TO DO A HORRIBLE JOB ON YOUR CAR. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I recently brought my Ferrari here to get an oil change and met with Joe the service writer. I was very impressed with Joes vast knowledge of my vehicle as well as his extensive history with working with Ferrari. He was extremely accommodating and informative. He even was able to contact me after hours to answer a question from his personal cell phone. He goes above and beyond for his clients and that is what white glove VIP service is all about.

I experienced excellent results with a paint repair and several upgrades made to our 2014 conversion van. Mark (body shop lead) worked with me closely to make sure the details of the upgrades were done correctly and provided constant communication during the process.
