If I could give them zero stars I would! Went there to test drive some cars they had no Gas in them and I mean none zero miles to empty! How can you test drive a car with no gas. When I told them that they had no gas they didnt offer to put gas in them so I could drive them. Its was like it was no big deal. Check engine lights were on and you ask them questions about the car and they cant tell you anything at all. They also will not come outside to help you they give you the plate and the key and tell you to go test drive and bring the keys and plate back in to them when your done. What kind of customer service is that when trying to sale a car. Especially when you have compatension all around you went right down the street and found a newer and much better car for a great price. AND THEY GAVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought my truck from here a few years ago. Had a great experience with the sales team as they didnt push things on me. The only thing about this place is they do things differently than a "normal" car dealer. You go look at cars and find one you like. Test drive it to a mechanic or "car guy" and have them look it over. Finding a good vehicle with little or no problems is on you. These cars are sold as-is. They let me put %50 of the money down up front and pay off the rest over a years time through their financing. It helped me out a lot. I always recommend my friends here whenever they are looking for a vehicle.To summarize, CARS ARE SOLD AS IS, IT IS UP TO YOU TO FIND A WELL MAINTAINED VEHICLE WITH LITTLE OR NO PROBLEMS!!!

If there was ever a place to not go it would be this one, you would think they would at least inspect a vehicle, I understand as is is how they sell but usually most people with common sense would be to inspect it to make sure its actually safe to drive, not in our case bought the car 2 months ago only to find out that our frame was complety detached , coming from a mother when I find out my kids were put into danger all I have to say is you people are shady and crooked ...how do you sleep at night knowing you could of killed three children under 4....ill wait tell me I should of had it checked well good thing I didnt cause it never would of made it off the lift smh

These people are an absolute joke, I totaled my car a couple years back and went shopping here and found a seemingly nice 1999 Mustang with 46,000 miles on it is what they claimed... I took it for a test drive and not even a mile down the road there was a loud squealing noise coming from under the hood. I told them about it they said there was no way because it belonged to the owners wife. That car probably had more than 150,000 miles on it the way it drove, I turned it around and took it back so i didnt end up stranded down the road on just a test drive. Horrible cars and sorry excuses for sales people who make sorry excuses for bad products.

I totally believe the review before...I too, purchased a car and it broke down 2 days after. Warranty doesnt even take effect for weeks afterwards. No one ever told me the warranty isnt effective the day I purchase. Why would someone want to drive around/take a chance to see if their car will break down before the warranty kicks in? Not good communicators with this...Thus suffering more of a loss...I dont see the difference between any of these people and crooks. This car dealer and the goverment are the same ~ you will be screwed...Find a good, CHEAP mechanic to fix your car after your purchase......

I bought a 2003 ford escape from here in March and since then I have put over $600 dollars into it. They guys seemed really nice but were not completely honest about the status of the car. I was completely disappointed on how this has turned out. This was my first car an I completely loved it all up until now.Im now in the process of getting the steering wheel fixed since it broke while I was on the highway.I now have to sell my car due to safety reason. IF you do consider buying a car from here, bring a mechanic with you so you know exactly what you are getting yourself into.

PLEASE TAKE MY WARNING! This place is a JOKE if ive ever heard one. I purchased a car from there and the next day my air/heat went out & a couple days after that my transmission started to slip. Now my car continuously shuts off on me. They are very smooth talkers which is the only way they sell their cars. I had to drive all the way there, which is a 45 minute drive from my house to get a new temporary plate since they apparently forgot to turn in my papers to secretary of state. I made the mistake of purchasing a car here and I beg you to not make the mistake I did!

"ROLL OF THE DICE" The ONLY reason I didnt end up like these people, is because of 15+ years of exp. working as a mechanic in various shops Downriver Detroit. I bought a 1998 USED Dodge Ram 4 door extended cab 1500 4x4, with a 3.5 inch lift. Mine turned out to be nothing more than an oil pump, which on my truck i got lucky because it already had an aftermarket lift so no need even for a floor jack!! Because it was Cash i only paid $3,042.** out the door for this truck, put $125.00 in parts and my own labor into it. As it sits now its easily worth 4k

Called for information about a car. Could not give me *basic* information regarding the functionality of the vehicle -- things that could be determined with a 30 minute inspection upon receipt of vehicle such as radio, heat, a/c. Told me that they have too much inventory to gather such basic information. That tells you everything you need to know about how much diligence they put forth into the mechanical items of the vehicles that they carry if they dont even bother with trivial items.

Wow!!!! I never purchased from them because we cant come up with a deal when im buying a car but the sales guy and the USED cars are priced reasonable to me those who bash the place because your USED car broke down bring a mechanic when you go there. I know a few friends who purchased from there and there cars/van and truck was nice dont get me wrong im sure they needed some work but with in house financing and not brand new its a cool deal I say

They never greeted me never came out and never once asked if i needed help. There was 3 people inside. I was the only customer on their lot. I asked for a list of cars for sale and So i went back in to ask where their most expensive vehicles were and they said " up front" but never got up out of his seat to help me. Thanks but i wont be back to buy your most expensive car on your lot 2009 ford fusion for $5995.00.
