I visited Law Auto Sales on 3/02/17 and expressed to Brad my credit situation as well as the amount I have available for a down payment. I agreed on test driving the Kia Soul. Brad submitted my informatuon for approval. It is now 3/03/17 at the end of the day and no call or anything. He told me that he would let me know something by 11am on 3/3 but was upset that i called him a few moments before to get an update. He said I was being unreasonable and that I was given him a hard time and told me to forget the deal and have a great weekend. I tried explaining to him that Im upset because he wasnt providing any updates so i needed to know if I should money at another dealership who has buy here pay here options. He said do what i want and he dont care anymore. I do know for a fact that a dealership subj let you know within moments of you walking in there whether or not they can help, it does not take 2 days to determine if you qualify for a car loan. Never had antoine ever told you to come back after they run your information. My question now is....if Brad took my information to be used for another purpose. BRAD RESPONDED BUT WHAT HE DIDNT MENTION IS THAT HE DIDNT CONTACT ME I HAD TO CONTACT HIM AND I CALLED TWICE NOT REPEATEDLY BECAUSE HE NEVER NOT ONCE GAVE ME An UPDATE that was the problem. Not only that the young lady said he wasnt doing anything and couldnt be found in the office. Bottom line was Ive never been to a dealership in which you didnt receive an update within the hour whether or not financing is available. I was able to go to ralph thayer and get a vehicle with 30 minutes of being there so Im not sure what the issue was but the customer service i experience and eceived was not great at all. Not once did Brad mention within 90 minutes because they were closing within the hour so that was false.

Several years ago immediately following my Mother’s passing I was need of a vehicle. Either a vehicle or losing my job & home. Having nothing but bad credit with me I walked into Law Auto Sales, Discount Sales side and was greeted by Jason Law. After two attempts and two denials He still wouldn’t give up on making this happen for me. Well he did and by doing so I have been able to support my baby girl (2 ½ years old) along with her beautiful mother. Now several weeks ago I was simply curious as to the process and how streamline it could be buy trading this one in and getting a newer used car. Well not to my surprise Brad Law greeted me this time and had taken me over to the “big boy” lot rather than their discount side, which is still fantastic. Literally it feels as though I blinked and boom I now have a 2011 Buick LaCrosse with ALL THE BELLS & WHISLES!!! This is the kind of car I thought I wouldn’t be able to obtain until at least 45-50 years of age. Luxury with a capital L. Not only did Brad do his job, but made me feel like I was his most important client. Law Auto Sales you have made a LIFE LONG CLIENT. My Mother use to say “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Law Auto Sales (look them up for yourselves!) is a home grown auto sales company that has been around for a while. If you are like me and don’t know what from what, but still want a great deal. If you are doing the right thing, even though on credit it may not look that way, then Law Auto Sales is for you. Don’t count yourself un-worthy of a nice car and great customer service, your worth it!!! Again, thank you Brad Law & staff. Ps – I didn’t know it was possible to have feelings for a car, but I’m in love..lol!!! Thank you,

I was in a very bad spot and Law Auto was the answer to all of my car problems. I called them at 6:00 PM and they were still available to talk to me and not rush a sale on me. I have far from perfect credit and they were able to work with me and find a bank that was willing to take a "high risk" client without going through every bank on the planet and destroying my already low score even more. Dealing with the sales staff (Jason Law) and the other staff in the office was very pleasant and they had no problems answering any questions that I was asking them, as far as even telling me not to go with the original car that I was looking at because of the costly repairs on it (Range Rover) and having me look over a few other options on the lot. I eventually went with a beautiful Chevy Trailblazer and could not be happier. Upon my test drive of the vehicle I noticed a small exhaust leak and asked Jason about it, he promptly told me that he would have it fixed before the car was purchased and driven off, as he did. I must have called the office 30 times this week and they never even gave me so much as a little attitude. Jason was very honest and had nothing to hide about the vehicle I was purchasing, and that if I was to run into any issues with the vehicle in the near future he would see what he could do for me in terms of helping. I would recommend this facility to my grandparents as they will not stear you wrong.

We dealt with Brad Law. Things were going well until we said we were coming to see the 2005 BMW 545i, then he told us it has two warning lights on the dash (one was a steering sensor). Per BMW dealership, this should be diagnosed at a BMW dealer and either reset or replaced. I conveyed this to Brad and he said he would take it to a BMW dealer. After waiting two days to hear from him, this came by email: Brad Law Jul 6 (9 days ago) Good Afternoon Dave, Unfortunately BMW service is stating that replacing the sensor may not cure the light being on. They have cross checked the computers and did not find anything problematic. I do not feel comfortable moving forward. We feel at this point that it is a risky investment to replace the sensor so we are going to wholesale the vehicle to another dealership. They were to wholesale to another dealer, my sister called yesterday and was told the car was still for sale at Laws, and the same original story we did, that someone was trying to get finance for it, but we should hurry and look at it. I would not buy anything from these people. A steering sensor could be very dangerous if the module was actually bad. But, who knows what is going on with this car. They cant tell the same story twice.

GREAT CARS! I bought two cars from here. My first car was a 2004 Grand AM; I had it for about two years before someone crashed into it in December. I just bought an 02 Mercury Sable for $4500 (before taxes & other fees) even though the sticker price was listed for $4995. The car runs great and it looks beautiful! The guys at Law Auto (I dealt with Jason Law personally on both occasions) are really helpful and friendly. They work with you until youre satisfied. They put gas into the car before we drove it off the lot, and they replaced the wiper blade free of charge. When I got my first car from them (the Grand AM), the air conditioner didnt work too well. But after I took it to the auto shop that they have there, they also fixed that free of charge. Law Auto is very fair in their prices and the cars they sell are very dependable and cheap. I see that they do financing, but I went to my bank for my first auto loan and then paid for the second car in cash. All in all, I have nothing but great things to say about Law Auto. Ive had a couple of coworkers ask me where I bought my cars and I spoke very highly of Law Auto. P.S. they even have a cute cuddly dog there! She kept us entertained!
