Pretty stupid employees. Stuck on "what is the make and model of your vehicle when I explained over and over its a custom headlight housing and it doesnt match up with HID headlight bulbs. The poor kid could not get over that entering in the year and make wouldnt solve his problems. Then the price of the bulb was 150% over any website with the same brand/ model I needed. A worker there, about a month ago told me that the HID bulbs burn so much hotter that the life span is much less than the 9006 halogens (260 hours). Which is not even close to correct. Auto part store giving info to customers that is completely false. Weird!!! Ive had much better luck at any and all other stores.

This place is a NIGHTMARE! I have visited this location on 3 different occasions and only purchased something once. Not because they didnt have what I needed, it was due to the rude staff they have working there. They do not want to help the customers and would rather you leave with nothing rather then waste their time answering a question about whether they have your parts or not. I went a couple times thinking maybe theyre having bad day; but no, that Is not the case- they are just plain rude. Just walked out of there for the last time and I will never return; I definitely recommend passing by and going to the next option 5 blocks down.

Typical AutoZone layout. They were running a bit low on oil and I couldnt get two of the 5 quart oil containers I wanted because they only had one. The service was fine but not the normal great customer service I get from AutoZone. I had to even prompt them for my number as I have a rewards account with them. AutoZone usually has the best prices on parts and supplies in the area so I usually go to them but one that is closer to my house.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Every time I go in, they act like they are doing me a favor by DOING THEIR JOB and its not even about parts or cars. All I ask about is where to find what products in their store. AND multiple times I go in, they keep chatting away and dont even address if you have a question or need to check out. Avoid unless you know what to buy and where in their own store its located.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! How can someone wait for 25 minutes with 4 people working and only 2 customers?! I actually called the store while waiting at the counter trying to get someone to help me.. This is the second time this has happened in a month and there are way too many local competitors to treat customers like this. Never going back!

They no longer loan tools because people were stealing them, but they still have ads all over the store advertising they do, wouldnt be mad if it wasnt for the ads. Frequently understaffed Ive been left on hold fora half hour at times with no idea if they even remember Im there go to the Orielys down the street, way better service.

Pretty dumb and lazy staff, I came in looking for some LED LIGHT BULBS for my vehicle, idiot man at the counter had no fcuken clue. He thought I wanted HID BULBS, what Ghetto hood rats do they hire here, at least hire someone who is current on technology and knows about autoparts. Fcuk this place im going elsewhere!

They actually do provide it the only reason why they wouldnt be able to is if the machine is broken which happens sometimes or if they are the only one available in the store because someone has to stay inside to be near phones and around customers so YES they DO provide the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT service!

Very appreciate!! Went in to get a hose for my radiator, I didnt even know which hose it was? Not only did they help located the leak they replace it!! Totall cost $1.27. Thank you so much Israel B.

You can find decent deals here if you keep a look out for them. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. It was much like any other AutoZone Ive been to.
