On day of purchase you get a lot of attention, when It was time to handle exchange for king size mattress, things seemed smooth until you are trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. And had to drive to store to get an answer more than once. On day of delivery wrong box springs arrived, no problem. Waited for another delivery for low profile box spring only 1 was scheduled for delivery on 12/24/16 refused it. Called store to report concurrence, the first I was told was that they were running a new system heard it too many times by now. Told the sales rep I had it with mattress firm just wanted to make sure we are all clear on any charges. After waiting on hold call mysteriously got disconnected and never got a call back. I did make sure she knew the order number is not like she didnt have info. Service doesnt end after the sale is done even if that agent didnt make the sale, good service gets you more sales.

Mattress Firm Gateway Shopping Center in Parlin We knew we needed a new mattress. We went to a few other places before we went to mattress firm. Everything was either confusing or the sales people were no help. On our way home we stopped for coffee at Panara bread and noticed Mattress Firm next to it in Gateway Shopping center in Parlin. We never heard of Mattress Firm but we went in anyway. we were helped by a lovely unaggressive sales lady named Louise. . She helped us find the new mattress with ease. We didnt even know mattresses can be financed. we wish we went there 1st. Honestly we would not have gone anyplace else. We will be going back to Louise in a couple months for our sons new big boy bed.

The selection here is better than others in the area. I suggest finding your mattress and pillows here but buying them over the phone or via the online chat. The sales people on the floor will charge you much more as my experience showed when I called in right after and they offered me much less but couldnt apply it to the other order. They even called the floor and they refused. I mean.. What kind of service is that. Buy over the phone. Not in store. Trust me. Sleepys support and delivery system is terrible.

Stay away from Sleepys. They have a misleading return policy. I had my mattresses still in its original plastic, unopened and 3 days old and they would not take them back. I had Amex hault the payment and filed a formal complaint with both the BBB of Ny (Corp. Office) and with the NJ division of consumer affairs. Youve been warned.
