I went to the store and picked out a full size mattress and matching box spring. I also purchased a bed frame. In addition, I paid $50 to have the three delivered, but when the boxspring was brought in, I knew it was not the one that I had picked out. When we called the store and spoke with the owner, he told me there was a rip in the boxspring I had picked out, so he decided to switch it out with another. I was never informed of this switch until it was delivered. The matching box spring was better quality and thats what I wanted. He said, "I gave you a white one that will go with everything." Never said he would order a new one for me. I paid for a matching set, but did not receive what I paid for. Bad customer service.

Excellent shopping experience ! Shopped high and low for 2 quality full mattresses for my boys rooms went to Shore Discount on a Saturday and had delivery the same day, the selection to choose from had only high quality great price bedding absolutely no junk....
