The moment I walked inside I knew this was going to be a bad experience. The sales person who "helped" me (older "gentleman", bald head with an accent) was very rude and impatient. He kept getting an attitude every time I politely rejected his suggestions, despite the fact I told him specifically what I was looking for. It was to the point where he started pointing at any and everything in the store. When I was finally able to locate what I wanted in their magazine, he tried to charge me waaaay more than it was; even double than what was being offered on their very own website. Even the manufacturer didnt give me a quote that high! Im quite sure that if my husband or another male figure was with me, this man would not have been so pushy and rude. Once I told him no thank you and began to exit the store, he said something slick under his breath. He should know that every idle word he speaks... Although this company had the same piece of furniture on their website for way cheaper, I refused to buy. Theres no way Im going to allow my hard earned money to be the reason why that salesman still have his job. Absolutely not!

I have been shopping with HD furniture for 3 years now and i must say, of all the other furniture stores i have visited, HD is by far the best one. The sales staff there are highly respectful, greeting you with a smile once you walk through the door. On my most previous visit there a few month back i was looking for a simple mattress for my new place and ended up leaving with a brand new othropedic mattress to fit my budget. all of my furniture comes from HD and their delivery crew is also very professional and respectful, getting their job done at a exceptional pace.

They carry good quality furnitures. But customer service suck horribly. As of delivery I was given one time and date but was not notifice that my delivery date was changed. Call to find out why no one call to notified me about change and this Guy I spoked with had the nerves to say call back the next day because they changed my delivery and hang up on me. Really! Never again. Word of advice GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IT ALWAYS HELP TO KEEP CUSTOMERS AT EASY.

This place has the worst service and staff. . . I brought a bed set from here with a 400 $ mattress and then was given a 200 $ mattress ... not honest people at all , be careful when you buy from here because if not you will not get the quality of what you paid for...
