We had considerable difficulty communicating with the staff after the delivery men decided they could not deliver our furniture up our stairs. Suffern Furniture delayed speaking with us in resolving the matter and when we did talk, we were blamed for ordering "inappropriately sized furniture." After quite a few frustrating phone calls and a week or so later, Suffern Furniture sent another group of delivery men that had NO PROBLEM with the delivery. It took less than 20 minutes. It is unfortunate that they were not willing to work with us and come see our home before falsely accusing us and being unwilling to help.

A Private User

I recently moved into my first apartment. I looked everywhere for a couch that was well made and a decent price. My boyfriend and I found a beautiful extra deep couch that came with 4 throw pillows, all in my choice of fabric. The only problem was that it would take 6-8 weeks to be made. Our salesperson offered us a loaner couch! I have never heard of such service. Everything went smooth and our couch is great. The total was $950, including delivery, tax, and the no charge loaner for a custom fabric couch that we will have for a long time.

My wife and I had been furniture shopping for our living room for a while. She decided she wanted to check out Sufferin furniture. We had captured photos of our space with my iPad and work with an sales person who was able to help us choose and match a couch, rocking chair, end tables, and coffee table. I was initally not planning on buying that day, but was very pleased with the choices that have since been delivered and looks great. I would definately recommend this store to friends.
