I am sorry to say that I am very unhappy with Fireside Furniture. We purchased a table from their tent sale and I do understand you buy as is, however they special ordered it from the manufacture so it should still have some type of warranty. The table will not close or open easily and is stuck open in my dining room. I spoke to Mike the manager this morning and he suggested we take the table apart in order to get it to close! As we are handy people and have tried to do this in the past, we still cannot get the table closed and feel that it warrants a service call from Fireside Furniture to see what is going on. Mike gave me attitude like you bought it you fix it, he also suggested we pay someone to fix the table. In the end, he said he would have someone call us next week in order to see what can be done (we will see if I get that call). We were planning on purchasing a new living room set, but now question if we should. Pennys has much better service.

I have to said I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Fireside Furniture. I will be honest and say that they were not part of the initial stores I first visited. I hit the big box brand name furniture chains first. A friend suggest I check out Fireside as it is close to my boyfriends home in Wayne and my friend at a good experience with them. I was given a lot more attention by the sale person than I received at those other furniture stores and staff at Fireside were very friendly. They helped by explaining the pros and cons of each piece I was considering. I finally wound up buying a dining room set from them. It was delivered last week and I am very happy with purchase.

Our salesperson was excellent, we had a great experience from the beginning. She showed us around and helped us work within our budget. As far as the furniture itself is concerned, it is beautiful, comfortable, and totally durable. I am so happy with this purchase. Additionally, when my daughter was careless and caused damage to the couch, they sent a repairman who fixed it like new--and at no charge, as the furniture was under warranty. Fireside Furniture is good to their word. They dont treat you like a number, who they will never see again; but like a customer who will return again.

The sale person was terrific no problems with them but when it come to making a delivery was one issue the delivery itself was another issue to have them understand that the furniture is not properly made was another issue, dealing with Mike was the main issue when exchanging the piece of furniture took 5 weeks to get exchange and I was not satisfied on the new exchange put Mike disagreed with me . I was offered a refund and that became a issue. The salesman are great the office people are not very unprofessional

DO NOT buy from here. Bought furniture back in 2011 from this place. Within a year, the material wore in multiple spots and began to rip. After showing management the photos of the wear on the couches from light-normal use, they agreed to give us a discount on new pieces. This was 2012. It is now 2016 and the "new" set has worn so bad, the couches look like theyre 15 years old. Two sets of furniture, same exact problem, WITH DIFFERENT MATERIALS! If you want quality, stay AWAY from this place.

I purchased all my furniture from fireside furniture 2002 including a howard miller granfather clock. I was very happy. However, lately, the last four years ive purchased different pieces for home office and just looking around, i feel the quality of their furniture has gone down. Im not sure why. I would rather go to Audi Stickley during their winter sale and get something of quality. Which is where i will go. Its unfortunate because i loved this place

I have bought two couches from Fireside and I have mixed feelings. I had a bad experience with their financing(wells fargo), and Fireside acted helpless. I had one couch that has not held up well at all. On the other hand I had another couch from the same manufacturer that has held up very well from the same brand. The sales staff is nice and the store is arranged nicely.
