Time for New mattress and box spring. The Sleepys at Harriman Commons has been around for many years. Went in to browse around. Looked around for awhile and we were approached by Michael the salesman. He asked us what we were looking for price wise and type. He guided us to a number of beds that might interest us. Cutting down the wide selection was very helpful. We tried numerous beds with no preasure from Michael. We ended up a picking a beauty rest which was comfortable for us. No preasue to go more expensive. In the process we also purchase two pillows., good price and feel. We wrapped up the paperwork and delivery. Overall, very pleasant experience

Nightmare of an experience! Made a significant purchase at this Mattress Firm. Delivery date delayed 3 different times. Delivered our adjustable base to New Jersey when we live only 2 miles away. When they finally delivered the base, it was dirty, dented, and broken wires exposed. Called to the store repeatedly. They began to ignore our calls. Was supposed to receive a call from the District Manager. That never happened. Horrible experience all the way around. Will NEVER recommend Mattress Firm to anyone ever!

Originally just walk in to search for a mattress to buy in the future. I was approached by Michael Coppola and he was able to present quality professional service that made me want to make a purchase today. I now sleep heavenly on my Wellington queen size beauty rest black. The bed gear side sleeper pillows for me and back sleeper for my wife are exquisite. I recommend this to anyone interested in the proper sleeping mattresses for a long time

Extremely satisfied with service and purchase! Joann at the Monroe/Harriman store is absolutely fantastic. I had been to several other stores over the last few months and felt like I was being attacked walking in the door. The atmosphere at the store is pleasant and Joann was patient and very knowledgeable. She helped us find 2 beds that met our needs and budget perfectly. I recommend seeing Joann!
