Very Very nasty and big big liars . Sales man Athony is a huge liar !!! Bought a furniture from Noble Furniture Store and my sales man was Anthony. He asked me an exact address where to delivery to and charged me $150 for delivery . He never told me at the beginning that if its no elevator or if its not fitting in elevator and if its a walkup up to 3rd floor it will be an additional charge for delivery . Finally they are about to delivere 1 couch and 2 chairs, the delivery guy is telling me that this couch will not fit in elevator and to bring it upstairs on the 2nd fl its no additional charge but to bring on 3rd floor they will charge me an additional $60 . I did call back to Noble Furniture Store, talked to Anthony and he said that it has nothing to do with store and you have to deal with delivery guys directly , meanwhile I told him that Noble Furniture Store charged me a delivery fee . Anthony never notified me or never asked me what floor needs to be delivered to or do I have the elevator !!! OK I am ready to pay additional $60 and I need my receipt - answer from Anthony and delivery guys " we cant give you any receipt" . Please make sure when you go to that store you go over on every detail and write it down on your contract , because this guys will lie on each step or its better if you will not go there at all .

Very good experience all around. We have purchased many items from the Staten Island store. They have many styles available, and it was perfect for our eclectic style. Not sure about the other reviews, but Anthony is a great owner and very honest. He will also work with you to make the purchase work for both parties. They consistently update thier inventory, and each time we stop in we find multiple items we would like to purchase. Our only problem is we do not have anymore room to add furniture, we are in the replacing stage. Great store, and I guarantee you will find something for your home or office that will be the focal point of the room. The furniture is very well made, and you get great value for what you pay. From the beginning we were lied too he said there was an issue with the chairs getting built at the warehouse but would be done before delivery. Then they built them in the truck in front of my house . 2nd the color was wrong they said it was the picture was wrong .. I ordered 3 stools I have to tighten the screws almost daily.. now screws are falling out ... paid $100.00 each... for stools I should have gotten for $10.00 would never go here is believe they are crooks ....

Noble Furniture is the best! A friend recommended this store and I am so happy I decided to go in there! Great Prices and even better furniture! The staff there was so nice and helpful, especially the girl at the desk. She was so informative and knowledgable. I just received my furniture and I love it!

Be careful the products they sell. They sell fake Beautyrest mattress. I have pictures to prove it. Now I am not sure if the Natuzzi sofa I got there is fake or not..... :(
