On January 1, 2016 my fiancé and I walked into this store looking to purchase a bed, 2 bar stools, and a 5 piece dining set. We were told that the furniture would be delivered within 7-10 business days. After not receiving the items within the time frame discussed, my fiancé and I decided to pay them a visit. We were giving 3 different excuses: 1) We dont have a driver to deliver the furniture, 2) The wrong color bar stools was sent to us, and 3) Its snowing. 18 business days later we receive a phone call saying that the furniture would be delivered that day. My fiancé and I were so excited and relieved because we thought finally its over and done with. Well we thought wrong. We were sent only the bed & the 2 bar stools. I called the store immediately trying to understand why the 5 piece dining set wasnt delivered with the rest of the order and the representative Abdul told me that they didnt have enough time to contact us to let us know that the dining set came off of the truck broken. At the time my fiancé and I were getting ready to leave for vacation so I expressed my frustration to them and assured them that as soon as I get back into town that I would meet with them. My fiancé and I returned to US 1 furniture on February 21st and was told that the original table that we ordered is discontinued. We were forced to order another table similar to the first and was promised that it would be delivered within a week. On March 1st we received another phone call from Abdul saying that the 2nd table that we ordered is on back order and asked if we wanted a different table because thats the one that was on its way to be delivered to us. We expressed to him that we wanted what we paid for. I mean how can you take someones money and just send whatever it is that you have available and think that its ok or professional. My fiancé and I made a decision in that moment to just take the table just to be done with them but I want to advise you all of their unprofessionalism. They have horrible customer service skills and are very rude. I WILL NEVER purchase anything from them and I will make sure my friends and family dont as well.

they have the worse service ever i ordered a twin bed and 2 chest dressers they charged me 850$ and told me 7-10 business days on 3-10-17 today is the 3-27-17 i havent received anything...o i stopped by last week and the lady at the desk told me on friday or monday its monday now she says on wednesday...smh the service is sooo horrible please dont purchase anything from here they are a waist of a business...no professionalism they even told me the manager doesnt cum in until 5pm huh? terrible terrible service never again please dont go to this store and waist ur money and time

Abdul, I ordered a living room set of 1 couch, 1 love seat, 1 chair and an ottoman... all chocolate brown... all from the catalog... all matching... all paid in advance. it had been well past the 10 days. Here is an update. Abdul just called me saying that the brand new couch has a rip and the ottoman has water damage. He is having his delivery guy deliver the love seat and chair. There is obviously a pattern here. 1400 + lost wages for today having to wait for furniture. This is stacking up.

I have a table on layaway here they picked up relocated or went out of business without contacting me so I just lost $300 for now because I have my receipt and will be reporting them to the better business bureau
