the customer service sucks. I had a dresser and night stand delivered and it look like the items that were once on display. I called to complain and at first they told me to keep the items and they would do an exchanged.. I call back and told them I dont want to keep the items they should be sent back and I would like a new order.( this was all while the driver was still there) No one seem apologetic or concerned... The next day I called back to get an update on my order. I was told someone would reach out to me in 3 days. On that 3rd day when I did not hear from anyone I reached out again. To only find out at this time the product is on back order and I would not receive my dresser for another 2 WEEKS!!!! Highly pissed about this news I requested to cancel the order. I was then told it I could not cancel my order. I would have not ordered the dresser if I knew it was on back order. The part I am still trying to understand is if the order is on back order and HAS NOT SHIPPED why cant the order be canceled???? I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will be writing the better business bureau about this shady company

went to get a last minute mattress. everyone who greeted me was very warm and friendly. my salesperson was Javier. showed me the nicest Queen size he had anf then showed me the one in my budget. i ended up buying a queen mattress, box and steel frame for 300 out the door. thank you Javier!

i was looking for furniture to buy for my first apt went there because they have a big building they had some nice things but i didnt like the prices and also the sales people they got not good at all they just followed me around and they were very pushy

This place is terrible, thiefs at thier best. Sell furniture overprices low quality and robbed my money and didt brig total order. Thiefs the owner is the biggest thief and liar . Dont shop here save your self the head ache
