All Pier 1 stores are always a pleasure to visit because of the items they have but the service could use some fine tuning. On one occasion I requested some feedback on a few purchases I was going to make. One associate was clueless and was unable to provide a recommendation of how to put together a floral arrangement. The more you help the more I will buy. Another associate took over and did help a great deal. On another occasion, during the evening there were only two associates for a cluster of people in the store. I would recommend additional associates during holiday evening hours and more training on existing products in the store; as well as how and what is recommended.
