Hours for Restore are 9 to 6 Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday. Great prices, helpful people. They remember you if you go there more than once or twice. In some cases they will consider reasonable requests for price reduction for things that have been there a long time, or if youre buying in large quantities. To get to the main parking lot, go into the entrance west of the administration building at the Short McDowell traffic light and all the way through behind the administration building. Parking is east of the administration building, west of the Restore building. There is an overflow parking lot across the street but it is dirt/sand and has huge ruts. Pick up windows/doors/cabinets/appliances/bathroom fixtures at the west side of the building or for big trucks at the bays behind the building. Furniture is on the upper level (east end of building) and pick-up is at the truck bays in front of the building. There is a wheelchair/shopping cart ramp between the levels.

I describe it to everyone as a slightly more home goods based Salvation Army. As in you can probably build a home from all the items they have here! Pricing is cheap and extremely affordable! Its a nice large spot to just stop and walk through to see what new items have arrived. They have one of the most healthiest vending machines Ive ever seen

This is a great store! I settled in Asheville from living overseas and had only 2 suitcases of stuff. I furnished my whole 2 bedroom apt with purchases from Habitat. The furniture is of good quality, not cast off junk like most thrift stores. And your money goes for a good cause. (But you have to visit regularly to scoop up the best bargains.)

This place is hit or more, with more miss... But b its a good place to support, and when you score its great. Have a nice little book store in the back that occasionally offers some great deals. If youre willing to go often, you might get lucky.

I really enjoy shopping here. The prices are generally reasonable and they almost always have unique things that I would like to put in my house. I really enjoy working with the volunteers because they always have a smile and do a great job.

Great prices. Most of the people are nice but when we went to pick up our item the employee told my husband to keep backing up to the point that he hit the loading dock. Minor scratch on out truck but that is very wrong.

I love this place. We dive from TN to shop here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and youre always finding the most unique things. Great place for building supplies for DIY projects.

Its a right place at the right time store, but its located in the horrible Biltmore estates area. The traffic is horrible in that area and we try to stay as far away as possible, but sometimes you cant avoid it.

Entrance and parking lot are a labyrinth, good luck even getting in. If youre looking for some unique finds you may luck out but dont expect a bargain, most things are at or near full, new retail value.

It has a lot of choices. But I purchased a recliner from here, got it home and it smells like cat pee. I tried to return the chair and they wouldnt take it back. Very disappointed.
