The rate I actually will give is "0" stars. Purchase a vehicle on 2/27/17. I was there on several visits before the purchase date. I was not allowed to test drive. They "Armed and Carmen totally lied to me. I will list the major issues I had with this purchase: 1. flat tire same day purchased. Transmission issue would not reverse or go forward at times Oil leak Catalytic converter need Electrical cluster gone bad No heat Had car towed back to dealership on 3/ 19/2017 No air Something from bottom fell which made the car not operable Took car to Chrysler dealership they informed me that there were too many major issues to list that it take extensive amount of money. I purchased 4 new tires for this garbage. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM TREAT YOU AS THEY HAVE TREATED ME. I am in the process of filing a report with attorney generals office.

Went in today to look at a car posted online. In the pictures you couldnt tell that the car was in terrible condition. The paint was rusted off in places, the interior under the seats had rust and so did the wheels. The owner proceeded to tell me that the rust would "fall off as I drove it". I asked how much it would cost if I put a large down payment (almost half the asking cost) he gave me a monthly payment after that. The place is supposed to be "interest free" but his "calculations" for a year and a half would have been $2,000 more than the asking price with the down payment and monthly payments. On top of everything he had to jump each car I looked out to start them. Would never buy from here.

My husband and I Just purchased our Vehicle from Ahmed on 3/27/2017 and his customer service was great. We are totally satisfied with the service and our vehicle. I know that if I had any issues with this vehicle in the future which I know we shouldnt Management will handle the matter in a professional way. We also had the pleasure to meet with Carmen and she made us feel so comfortable with how great her customer service was to us. Before I came to view a vehicle, I spoke with a gentleman about a newer model Nissan.. When I get there however there was another gentleman that told me that the vehicle I was interested in wasnt available. However it was still on the car lot with the for sale sign on it. Then he just said well its not for sale.. Ok fine then he tried to sell me an older model Nissan for more than what he newer model Nissan was. Please dont go to this place, its a very bad business and the people are just incompetent. Its not even worth the one star that I gave it.

These 3 people are rude, hasty, and try to overcharge everything they have. They claimed they are mechanics, but theyre not - false advertising. I went in to look at a chevy, they said it was 7000$ but will bring it down to 5000$ for me. Yeah, right - I checked the blue book which said it was only 3800-4500$. Dont do their "money down and Ill save the car for you" deal. Its a rip-off and they dont want to give you back your money. Rude. Disorderly. Liars. Fake. False advertising. JUST DONT GO!

I wouldnt even give them a star dont believe anything they say. You buy extra insurance and they dont fix nothing. If they say they will fix something after you buy it dont believe it it will never happen. I held off on my payments they refuse to fix what they promised I refuse to to make payments. Let me thank them cause now I just have more evidence to go wit h. They can not be trusted.
