THEY LIE AND SCAM! We purchased a 2008 Saturn Outlook and from the time I pulled off the lot something wasnt right. THANK GOD I GOT THE EXTENDED WARRENTEE!!!(more on that later). One positive note before the rest of this. My wife loves the car despite its issues. So way to go GM! BEST MOTORS VA HAS BEEN BLACK LISTED BY DEALERSHIPS IN VA according to my Chevrolet dealership as a result of their interactions with Best Motors VA, questionable administration and the issues found with this car. I should have known walking in that this was a shoddy op. Office is an amalgamation of thrown together office furniture, paperwork and car accessories bought on eBay (more on that later). They posted the initial listing of our car with damage to the rear bumper which they had to touch up. Later, when I arrived I noted a few other spots and they painted it right there (hand brush) and suggested I finish the job myself! Left front tire clicked while driving and they said "theyre all season tires".(more on that) They said their mechanic did a top to bottom inspection and tune up on the car and there were no issues found. Sadir (owner) boasted about how he prides himself on finding good quality used cars and selling them for low profit. I informed that they I will taking the car to a dealership in Norfolk for warrantee work when required since the car already had 96K on it. Harry (salesman) said that they would cover the cost of the deductible and the inspection if I had to get work done (more on this). Got the car home (Norfolk) and within a 10 days we find that the clicking has evolved into a bad CV axle on the drivers side. 3 weeks later the strut on the same side seized. 3 days after that the car shakes during rapid acceleration. This "high quality" car was worked on at each juncture. And did BMVA send compensation as promised? "NO" They even got hostile with my wife when she took them to task when they told her "we dont HAVE to pay it." Its been 3 months now, still no compensation despite calling several times and discussing this very thing. The extended warrantee. THANK GOD I GOT THIS. Sadir waived his commission to give us a deal, stating he wanted us to be safe and no pay too much out of pocket. It was slow registering the car with the warrantee company because "we just switched to this company." When I first took our car to the dealership service dept, the CSR told me that the warrantee was not fully active. BEST MOTORS. NEVER. PAID. FOR IT! Took two weeks of phone calls and angry emails to get them to mail a check because BMVA "didnt know" they were supposed to send in a check but instead thought the warrantee company would request payment. (I think they were just trying to pocket the entire thing and not pay if no incidents ever occurred). Harry even got hostile with the CSR at the dealership service dept because the dealership was calling them out of their BS. Smaller inconveniences. The DVD player didnt have headphones or a remote already in the car. So Harry runs into the disheveled office supply corner and grabs a remote and headphones. The headphones are missing covers, batteries and half of the pleather protective covering is crumbing off due to exposure to excessive heat and cold. Their response was "you can just order new ones on eBay for $75." Same for the remote. Still cant find that remote after that day. In general I would HIGHLY caution anyone buying a car to always review the CARFAX and call the shop that did the repairs. Avoid cars that dont provide the info on the repair shop or extent of vehicle damage. Be thorough and knit pick every scratch, crack and flake of rust. I drove away from the BMVA feeling enthused about our purchase. Now...Im glad my wife likes the car.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! PURCHASED A CAR PAID IN FULL. KEPT STALLING ON A SUNROOF REPAIR FOR WHICH THEY CLAIMED THEY ALREADY HAD THE PARTS. NEVER CALLED TO KEEP US INFORMED. FINALLY AFTER A MONTH THEY SAID IT WAS READY BUT STILL HADNT RECEIVED THE TITLE EVEN THOUGH IT HAD BEEN PAID FOR ON DAY ONE! TOOK IT OUT TO DRIVE & FILLED IT UP WITH GAS (THIS WAS A PURCHASE BY MY 16 YEAR OLD SON MIND YOU) AND THEN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!! GAVIN RECOGNIZED THAT THIS WAS ALL WAY OUT OF ORDER & OFFERED US ANOTHER VEHICLE BUT IT WAS A 2 SEATER WHICH MY SON DIDNT WANT. HE PROMISED THAT HE WOULD PAY US IN FULL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (WE WERE THERE ON SATURDAY). WE SENT ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR THEM TO MAKE A DIRECT DEPOSIT BUT THEN ON MONDAY THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO SADDIR HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT PAY ME FOR ANOTHER WEEK -SUCH LIES!!! I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY SIDE BUT HE KEPT TALKING OVER ME AND THEN CONCLUDED BY TELLING ME TO GO F. MYSELF! HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE LIARS! LOL - I just looked at the reviews and the owner has made a review - 5 star of course - that just about says it all; so dishonest! Since I wrote the above, my husband went it to the dealership to find out when we would get our money back. Gavin went ballistic and, standing on the other side of the desk, started pounding the desk with both fists. My husband informed him that this was assault. Later my husband spoke to Sudir to find out about our refund and let him know that his staff member had committed an assault. Needless to say, we dont have our money yet and I have no doubt that Gavin will not be fired. Just read the response - more lies! They did NOT accept a personal from us. We paid for the bulk in cash and the remainder by credit card. The price they gave us was the Kelley Blue book fair market price from a dealer - not bad, not great - fair market price. They tell me to go F. myself and Im the one with bad manners - really! And Im supposed to be grateful for being lied to repeatedly, promised a refund on a specific day and then told theres nothing wrong with the car (even though the mechanic said the computer showed 3 things wrong with it) and I cant get my money back for another week. Ive spoken to another man that was in the auto business for many years who said Sudir could absolutely make the refund immediately and that he should have given me the title long ago. I never did receive a title. So I have no car, no title and no money but I should be grateful!!

I went in to look at the Subaru Impreza WRX they had for sale. I walked in, the guy (i think his name is Sadir) didnt welcome me. I asked to see the car. He took 5 minutes before they found the key and went out. The women let me test drive the car. She was nice. The car had a few minor problems. Before we could talk a price, they kept asking for cash or financing. I didnt even know because we hadnt talked a price. I would have paid cash if it was low enough. I had the car fax, and the blue book printed out in my hand. I told him the price was high. He then tried to say it was a WRX. They go for 40 grand. It was a 2004. Not a 2016. I told him were going to have to start with $5000. He then told me that he wasnt running a charity. Said it was his car. Then took my papers. Said that they were old. My father who was with me got mad, snatched the papers back from my printer. He got mad at my dad, started calling him names. I thought we would have had to bail my dad out. I didnt want the car after. Save yourself the trouble. The lot is also very small. You can hardly get in there. No wonder. EDIT: BUYERS BEWARE. I see the owner has replied. I walked in thinking this car had a negotiatable price. The car was a 2004 Subaru WRX with 3 owners, and over 137,000 miles on the odometer. It was not worth almost 8 grand. He tried to say the WRX was a 40 grand car. Ummm yeahhh, if it was a 2016. Maybe. But this was not even the STI version. Let alone a new car. Paint was starting to peel. Before we could test drive, I was asked how I would pay. Before we discussed a price, I was questioned "how will you be paying" "what bank" "will they take 2004 cars" I would have paid them cash if it was a low enough price. I have never financing, so I dont know much about it. When I offered 5 grand to start, I was told that this was not a charity. He could have just said "sorry sir its a firm price" I would have left. After he starting getting rude, and took my printed pages, that is when my father got upset and grab my papers back from the dealer. I was starting to say, "sir have a good day", "maam thank you for letting me test drive" He kept ticking my dad off by speaking to him, calling him names. Me or my family never came in being rode, nor would we dare to. This dealer is disrespectful. I wasted my day.
