Ferguson Family

I will never trust this place of business again. I had one of the owners do some work on my car after a very minor accident. The new hood and bumper is now a different shade of blue from the rest of the car and he wouldnt do anything about it. All it would have taken is a phone call to make sure it was right. On the first hot day after my car was fixed, my AC was blowing hot air (he replaced the compressor). Again, he wouldnt do anything after telling me to bring it back if anything was wrong. It took a trip to a TRUE mechanic to find out he put twice the maximum amount of Freon in the car. Im not sure what else will be found when the car is inspected. I had to put one-star to be able to post this. I would NOT have given them even one if I didnt have to. All I can say is buyer beware. Im sorry I wasnt.

I bought a beautiful Toyota 4Runner and the experience couldnt have been any better. After we closed on the deal I was driving home and the check engine light came on. Even though the warranty was supposed to be a 50/50 split Northbrook agreed to pay for the repair. It needed 2 oxygen sensors. Then the check engine light came on again. It needed a catalytic converter. Northbrook paid all of the expenses. I highly recommend Northbrook Auto Sales to anyone who wants to be treated fairly.

Bought from them a month ago, good experience. After a test drive (by myself, without anyone babbling to me) I told them that I would like to buy the car if they replaced a couple things for me. They agreed. Then I asked if they can hold it for two more days while I arranged selling my current vehicle, and they agreed. Two days later I paid, drove the car home, and a week later the parts arrived that we agreed on. Good dudes, hassle free, and no stress.

Wow, I am thoroughly impressed by this place. Not only were they friendly and gave us an awesome deal with zero pressure to buy, they also had our backs when our vehicle narrowly failed MD inspection. They told us to bring it back to them and they replaced the part that day at a fraction of what the inspection station quoted us. Next time I buy a car, I will definitely be looking at Northbrook first!
