Zero Down Auto has given me such a wonderful experience buying a car through them. The guys there are very nice and motivated to help. They put up with me changing my mind on 3 different cars which they already had started paper work for. They never showed frustration when having to start all over with paper work again. My 2 year old son was comfortable playing with toy cars they had on display and watching cartoons. They are honest guys and I would recommend anyone who needs a good used car to visit them. It took me 5 used car dealerships declining my application or trying to use my credit issues to charge me an arm and a leg before I ended up stopping by Zero Down. I wish I would have just went to them first because I would have saved a lot of wasted time and frustration. So dont hesitate to go talk to the guys there about a car. My husband and I were pleased to sit and chat with the guys for couple hours after we were done with our paperwork. They truly make you feel like family there. :)

I had a great experience working with George and Mike. I was looking for a 2005-2010 Mustang GT, I was looking all over the country for months. I found Zero Down auto on the Internet and they had a black 2007 Mustang convertible. My credit wasnt that good, and not only did they get me financed with a good low monthly payment, but when I drove my truck to Virginia to tow the mustang back to Cincinnati, Mike worked it out so that I could trade my truck in, and they paid it off., and I drove the Mustang back home. I love the mustang, and George and Mike went above and beyond to get me in the car I really wanted, and get me out of the truck. I didnt arrive at the dealership until 830 pm and didnt leave until 1030 pm (they close at 7 pm) they could have told me to wait until the morning, but they both waited for me after they closed. I would recommend them to anyone! A very happy customer here!

Very kind guys, very honest and honestly the opposite of the "car dealer" stereotype. They were very helpful, very thorough and we settled on a very fair price for the car I purchased from them. It drives wonderful, so far I havent had any problems. It had very few miles for its age, and was well taken care of while it was in their hands. Theyre definitely the guys who you want to do business with.
